샤워기 노후
시설은 오래된것 같았으나 편안하게 지냈네요. 다만 욕실샤워기 수압이 너무 낮아 제대로된 샤워는 못했고 생수도 비치되어 있지않아 불편했네요.

Good location for the airport and also a 5 minute walk to the metro which takes an hour to get into central DC. The room was a decent size, clean and comfortable. We would recommend this hotel.

First of all, the bed was absolutely amazing- no kidding. Shuttle was easy to communicate with, and the staff was great. The small bar area was a perfect place to watch a game and have a beer.

If you’ve read the description of this “airport” hotel and are traveling internationally I’d give it a pass. I chose this hotel based on the availability of on site restaurant/bar and shuttle service. I arrived around 9pm after 24 hours of travel to find they really did not have a restaurant at all only a counter with cokes and a couple of prepackaged sandwiches. The staff directed me to a list of delivery options. After eating snack food out of paper bags for 24 hours I thought I’d be able to shower and come to a sit down restaurant that I could have a proper meal with a glass of beer or wine and then get some much needed rest. None of which was available. The breakfast buffet was pretty slim pickings the next morning as well. If you want to eat and relax keep scrolling to find a better place with some real food and enough staff to man the services that are advertised.

I would never stay at this hotel again, the water is super cold, the rooms are not cleaned if not every three days, the truth is that I didn't like the hotel at all!!! Thank you!!!!

My hot water wasn’t hot enough and there were food crumbs in between my sofa. I had an early flight and shuttle doesn’t start running until 5am. I needed at least a 4:30 shuttle.

This Hotel was VILE and a literal bio hazard. I checked in yesterday evening and unfortunately didn’t pay close enough attention to the cleanliness, especially in the bathroom. This morning I had placed a towel on the floor near the toilet due to the ground being cold as a bathroom floor usually is and got in the shower, I suppose the humidity of the shower caused the urine soaked Bathroom floor to start being absorbed by the towel. When I got out of the shower, I noticed the towel on the ground had yellowed, and I finally paid attention to the cleanliness of the bathroom and realized They had only restocked the bathroom and hadn’t actually CLEANED The bathroom, Much less disinfected. To make matters worse, I immediately went to the front desk, where the employee couldn’t possibly care less about the situation, and made a haphazard apology where I was basically sent on my way, Two hours later I was checking out and told him how disgusting, Unprofessional And disrespectful it is that they never bothered sending anyone up there to clean the URINE SOAKED BATHROOM. The same man upfront gave another haphazard apology and told me I could have a refund on my $10 parking pass. My bathroom was covered in another man’s urine that I likely stepped in with bare feet at some point, When told about the situation, no one even came up there to clean it, and I was offered $10. I want it to be understood how much of a biohazard that is to be in contact with another person‘s bodily fluids that

I loved that I was able to walk a short distance to the metro station and take the train to DC when I needed! I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Staff was friendly and helpful as well.

The hotel is very infant friendly. Room are spacious and clean. There was no house keeping. There is only a very basic bar but not a restaurant. Also no dining options near-by.

The property was an older facility that appears to be well kept. The furniture in the room, although not in bad shape, may be due for an update. That said, the bed was incredibly comfortable and was just what I needed after 24 hours either on airplanes or waiting in airports. The breakfast buffet was top notch. The airport shuttle was run on a timely schedule and was easy to identify at the airport. Staff was cordial and professional.

Restaurant and bar not open. No “24/7” dining as advertised on web AND on the flyer in the room! Hasn’t eaten in 12 hours and looking forward to a bite and a drink. Well, that never happened!

The property and the staff are great and we have stayed there before without issues, however, this time it was strange as they told us that they were completely sold out despite having. Confirmation from Expedia. We were then accommodated in a different hotel 5-6 miles away and further from the airport with no shuttle service. Very disappointed.

Pros * good layout in rooms, enjoyed the semi-seperate lounge area. * bathrooms well stocked with shampoo etc and spotlessly ckean * comfortable bed with good linen * good breakfast, hot and cold Cons * no minibar as advertised, fridge switched off, no cream or sugar with coffee and only one mug on room. * decor a little tired * advertised 24 hour food availability not as advertised. Also, what was there was tired. Given it was late when we checked in, but it is advertised as 24 hour! Overall, good overnight stay. Just a few things to be improved. Cashless, only accepts credit cards.

Property is conveniently located near the Dulles airport with shuttles to the airport every hour or half hour. They also had a hot breakfast in the morning and the rooms are spacious and super comfortable. The hotel staff was also very friendly and helpful both for check-in and check-out. Would definitely stay here again
