Towel is a basic necessary items for the room and for the guest. So we always make sure once our housekeepers done with their room that everything is good in a room. We accept that we do not have cloth hangers in a all rooms because this property is under renovation and we are waiting for supplies from the vendor. We did place order for cloth rack and hangers but we did not received delivery yet. We will have delivery soon and we will install as soon as we will get it in all rooms.Thank you,

Hello Danny,You never called at desk and complaint about wifi. We have 24 X 7 technical support for our wifi service and every room has a number for it. You never allowed housekeeper in your room for service and we had a discussion about let housekeeper in for cleaning. I think you didn't see sign stated that Elevator inspection certificate will be provided at the desk by request.We were wondering if you had so many issues with our property than why would you stayed for so many nights? You were the one keep saying our employee this is the best motel you have found in the area so far.We can understand if you have to follow the rules and policies of the property and you don't like and have to check out.Thank you,
