What I didn't like was the pet fee. $75 per night per dog which wasn't easily advertised on their website. It was sort of hidden and we would not have stayed if we knew that.

Staff were nice and friendly. Hotel had a strong cleaning smell that tried to mask some smoke smells. Carpet in my room smelled bad and the fan was noisy. Otherwise comfortable room and bed was nice.

I like it here a lot. beds are comfy and the full kitchen with two burners is perfect for making dinner!

The newly renovated candlewood is a pretty nice hotel. My room had a kitchen and a nice bathroom. It was a great experience. Rooms were clean didn't find anything gross or unusual. Next to the highway but you don't really hear it from the inside. Service was great and everyone seemed very friendly. The price to have your dog stay with you was very reasonable.

Good place to stay
Candlewood Suites is a hotel for everyone. They make you feel like you are home. The hotel is very clean and the people at the front desk and all the cleaning crew were very nice. I will definitely come back.

It’s a 10!
Rooms are very cleaned and ready to go. The entire hotel was exceptional. Beds are very comfortable and they give you extra pillows. Kitchens are very stocked with utensils. Lighted patio area was nice and clean with 2 grills. Very pet friendly. No loud barking.

Could be better
Paid for 2 rooms. Room 319 was ok and was good. Room 325 needs to be upgraded. Room 325 has a TV where the motherboard on the unit is about to go out. The dishwasher in 325 is also bad and needs to be replaced. The dishwasher unit is bad and because it doesn't flow or drain water correctly, the unit has a horrible smell.

Pet friendly hotel…great for those with animals. However, did not enjoy the barking at 6am in the morning. Keep the dog rooms away from ordinary stays.

I love this hotel and the staff! I travel for my job so I stay here for 8 days at a time! It’s comfortable, clean and the staff is always there is I need anything!

The front desk person was so friendly and helpful. Warm shower, comfortable bed. Perfect place to stop on your travels

Front desk staff very friendly. Rooms were adequate but decor was dull. The in-room kitchens excuse the lack of breakfasts being served. Location is way off the beaten path, tucked back in a commercial area right off the interstate hwy. All in all, pretty ordinary place.

Check in was easy but when we got to our room it was disappointing. There was black scuff marks on the door. The bottom of the bathroom door was disgusting. It was quiet and pleasant. I had high hopes for our stay but I was disappointed. The beds was definitely to small for our family

My room was dirty , bed wasn’t made . Also bathroom was full if hair . I booked a king bed room but was given a double instead with no compensation .

Am sorry Johnathan but we do not have any king's at are hotel.Is it showing that on Expedia. But I am truly sorry about you being checked into a dirty room I am the new GM I just took over that hotel and I am working with the housekeeping staff on a daily basis to make sure things like this does not happen again

Terrible customer service
The front desk clerk was terrible she had a attitude so bad that if I ever needed to come and stay again if she had to check me in I would go somewhere else. I’ve never felt so out of place and unwanted in my life.
