Very old property, old beds & linen, smelly & stuffy rooms (no aircon) Cleaning not very thorough however we found the new owners very friendly & helpful & keen to address & improve all these matters. In all a pleasant stay.

Clean and tidy, nice quiet area and an easy walk into town. Was very central to local attractions

Yes you can stay here
Rooms are big but dated. Mattresses are low to the floor and feel lumpy and old but were surprisingly comfotable. Location was good. I had to take a antihistamine. Veiw out of my window was amazing.

Needs maintenance.
Taps leaked unless tightened ridiculously hard. Shower head leaky and wouldn't stay in place making having a shower extremely difficult. Being able to watch YouTube on TV was a plus.

clean and comfortable, there ad should state reduced services in off season, rooms very tired, heater and fan, no air-con, old digital tv only gets basic channels, parking ok in off season, in peak maybe tight.

Very disappointed that when we check in at 2p, being the first one or two to check in, was given a 2nd floor room and denied request to 1st floor room due to "large group coming in". When checking out next morning, the motel is only 10 % full at most.

Enjoyable stay, the room is dated but clean and quite roomy. We had a microwave with plates and utensils in the room which was a bonus. The shower was strong with plenty of hot water. The bed was soft but was saggy in the middle, a bit past it’s time. Overall a nice room. It’s a short walk into town, about 5 mins, so no need to drive. I would recommend staying here.

Good location in Queenstown in close proximity to all we needed. Very tired condition, although for rooms with no cooking facilities were well equiped. Outrageous cost to prepay to use a BBQ, so we didn't. Beds in need of new mattresses but we enjoyed the babbling brook at the rear.

We loved the creak that flowed behind our room it was very peace full i didn't like how we had to do our own dishes or be charged with an extra fee.
