I’ll start with what was nice about this place. The staff were incredibly friendly and kind. That’s the only nice thing I am fortunate enough that I was only staying one night because the room was awful. I booked a no smoke room, and as soon as I entered the room, I could smell cigarette smoke. I told myself it was just one night, it’ll be fine. But then I saw some other gross things. Our sheets were stained, there was rust marks in the bathroom, and there was mold on the shower curtain. The place wasn’t clean AT ALL. I know that you pay for what you get, but I should at least have a clean room!! The worst part of it was that I thought I was only paying $88, but I was hit with another $50 making my total $138. Which was RIDICULOUS!!! Especially for what I dealt with. I do not recommend staying here unless it’s for one night and you’re on a tight budget.

The room was clean but the toilet seat was broken, there was no soap in the dispenser, no regular coffee packets, the air conditioner had a screeching sound, and my last day I had no internet or cable for tv. There was not a sheet of paper or a pen in the room to write my thoughts but I wrote them at the desk when leaving and spoke to the manager. No apologies…no nothing.

The only thing that I didn't like was the odor in the room. I was told by the staff that it was coming from the new carpet that was placed recently. Besides that, I had a great stay

Nice for the price.
Nice hotel, with decent rate. Looks like it had been renovated recently. Room was clean and nice, pillows are excellent but bed was uncomfortable.

Property was fine. However, when I went to check in, the manager said that Expedia had not paid them for the room even though I had paid Expedia for the room. The manager said he had two reservations including mine that Expedia sent a credit card payment for that was rejected. So, I had to pay the hotel directly for my room even though I had already paid Expedia. I’m not happy to say the least. The hotel manager said that problems with Expedia had really increased and they don’t seem to be very good anymore like they used to be. I will have to go through the hassle of getting my money back from Expedia.

1st rm hadn’t been cleaned. Lamp shade peeling down, fresh 10 in blood puddle in the floor untouched. 2nd rm curtains torn down wldnt close just hanging there with mildew spots on them. Seen several roaches. Couldn’t use fridge. Freezer made us gag with the stench of what appeared to be rotten milky or cheesy substance. Floor not vacuumed. Old refrigerators piled into the breakfast room area looked like it was for storage. Roaches scattering there. It was very late and my husband had lugged our things up the flight of stairs 2 the 2nd floor already or we would have left. We’re both handicapped and a 1st floor rm was out of the question due to the agent going and checking the ones marked ready in the system and coming back stating they were all dirty after I came back telling him the first one hadn’t even been cleaned. He stated he didn’t know what was going on. The first one had chips all over a bed and in the floor as well as the blood. I want a refund to say the very least.

Room was dirty. Bed was uncomfortable, and was on some type of metal frame so when you rolled or moved over very noisy. Extension cord running on side of bed to plug things in.

Very Nice Place To Stay
It was A Great stay Employees were very friendly and helpful its being redone and the floor we stayed on was done it was like staying in a brand new room We were very impressed ! Would stay there when we go back !

The property was perfectly adequate. The room was clean, as was the lobby and other public areas. I had occasion to use the washer/dryer and it functioned well. The owner is courteous and helpful. The clerk is quiet and not overly interactive. The room rate felt overpriced, but there is not a lot of competition in the area.

I always stay here when im in the area, i always feel welcome and safe, its like my home away from home, i will not stay anywhere else but this Days Inn!!

I stayed with my family as well as our experienced was very bad because I saw everything is clean but extreme bad smell even whole night we could not sleep, also our clothes smelled.

Hotel itself was fine, however, the customer service wasn’t great at all. Employees weren’t interactive or eager to help. Mattress cover had stains on it. The stay was fine for the price, I just wish slight improvements were made.

The only thing I disliked about my stay was the fact that I stood at the front desk for 20 minutes before anyone came out of the office to assist me with check in. Typically wouldn't be a big deal for me, but it was in this instance due to needing to get off of a broken foot.

Water in the tub was way too hot. Was bath on my children and it was way too hot that it should have been for a human to withstand let alone a toddler.

Pubic hairs on sheets, holes in bedspreads, sticky counters, hairdryer missing, no coffee cups for breakfast, no juice, and the only options for breakfast were yogurt and bananas, plus about 4 pre-packaged pastries. No napkins. Asked for more towels and the clerk said the housekeeper would bring them an hour and half later when she got there. Spilled yogurt in the lobby and asked for paper towels to clean it up with, and the clerk said she didn’t have any and sat back down. Someone eventually did a halfway job of cleaning it up and just left it smeared on the floor, creating a bigger slip hazard. Would not recommend.

Beds comfortable. TV was satisfactory. Heat and air satisfactory. Bathroom lacked tub safety bars for getting in and out the tub. Lacked hot water for showers on 5-13-23. Lacked rack for hanging clothes! Carpet stained, and in need of replacement or cleaning! We will not use this facility in the future. Thank you Mary Jane Wall

The room was dirty. The shower was not clean. The floor of the shower looked like dirt was in the grooves and you could see soap scum/hard water build up on the walls of the shower. The gym is closed for “renovation” until further notice but you can see it’s being used as a storage room.
