편안하고 안락한 장소였음 단 객실에서 음식냄새가 약간 베어 나오고 숙박 기간 중 숙박객의 소란으로 경찰 출동 등 소란이었어 아쉬움

넓고 깨끗하고 간단한 음식을 해먹을 수 있습니다. 편안한 침구와 깨끗한 객실이 출장용 최적의 호텔입니다. 4박을 먼저 숙박하고 다른 곳을 들렀다가 1박을 더 했는데, 앞서 4박은 완벽했고, 1박은 객실에서 불쾌한 냄새가 나서 방을 변경하였습니다. 그 외엔 모든 것이 만족스러웠습니다.

가격 대비 너무 훌륭한 호텔이었다. 온 가족이 밥 해먹으면서 있어도 좋을 정도의 완벽한 부엌과 (큰 냉장고와 디시워셔와 디스포저까지 갖춘 부엌) 4인용 식탁, 냄비를 비롯한 집기들... 두 가족이 와도 될 것 같은 넓은 소파와 책상이 있는 거실과 별도의 문이 달린 침실 안에 퀸베드 2개가 있어서 가족 중 잠든 사람이 있어도 다른 가족은 티비를 보거나 일을 할 수 있는 구조였다. 욕실도 넓고 쾌적했는데 아쉬운 점은 청소를 소홀히 했는지 여기 저기 붙어 있는 긴 머리카락이 눈에 띄었다.

모든 것이 훌륭한 호텔
호텔의 모든 것이 훌륭합니다. 시설, 직원의 친절 등등... 한가지 아쉬운 것은 셔틀입니다. 호텔에서 제공하는 셔틀이 있으면 더 이상 바랄 것이 없는 호텔입니다.

Kitchen cabinets were grimy…there was no strainer in sink and as a result utensils can fall down into the disposal…utensils were not as clean as they should have been. There was no floor mat to step onto when exiting the shower…overall for the money it was disappointing

Clean, spacious one bedroom suite, good breakfast, close enough to the main area of downtown New York. Next to Stop n Shop for quick grocery shopping. It wasn't shabby, run down and old like some other 3-star hotels. We'll book them again if we come back to the area.

We stayed in a pet friendly room and the sofa was destroyed by previous guests. Surprised they didn’t switch it out. 3 guests, 1 roll of toilet paper and only 2 towels, no extra bedding in the room.

The property was mediocre. The seams of the couch in room were coming apart. The room was freezing despite adjustment of thermostat. The staff was able to change the room , but the second room was still freezing cold. At that point i didnt continue to complain because it was only for one night.

I’ve stayed at this hotel before and loved every about it but this stay was very disappointing. Our bathroom was in terrible infested with black mold, cracked tiles, peeling paint. We moved the couch and it had not been vacuumed left with pistachio shells and crackers. The fridge was dented. The lobby had old and cold coffee being offered. The pool area was untidy.

This is a very, very nice hotel and I called originally as we are gold platinum Bonvoy members, and every place we stay as a Bonvoy , we always get a late check out. The staff was very very nice except for the woman this morning demanding we leave saying that we did not have late check out! I tried to talk to her kindly and she had a hideois nasty expression on her face. She told my daughter and my mother that they couldn’t go get breakfast and had to vacate the room a nod shut our keys down. She should not be in this business. I asked her if she was going to say thank you for our stay as I was walking out and she just stared at me. This is someone who should not be in The service industry, but everyone else was very very nice and the room is extremely comfortable although the heat wasn’t working but it was very clean !!! Just get rid of the nasty morning associate who has a huge chip on her shoulder . She brought one star down as a result of her attitude .

Our daughter lives in the area and we have stayed and will stay often. My only critique is that the towels are of a very poor quality and don't really reflect on the overall nice quality of this hotel.

I’ve stayed here before with no problem but this time the room I got had so much dust and cobwebs hanging from the lights. I woke up this morning feeling sick from it. It had a weird smell. I called last night for towels and wash clothes because there was no wash clothes in the room and yes there was two towels but I need to put one on the floor of the bathroom so I didn’t slip anyway they never brought them up so 4am this morning when my friend was getting ready for woke he had to go downstairs to get them . Like I said I’ve stayed there before and had a really god experience but this time made me question I feel like I’m getting a sinus infection from all the dust and crap in that room!

Room heating system cycled constantly and was loud. Train tracks outside window with frequent trains traveling. Breakfast was basically same each day and not at all tasty. The only reason I would stay again would be the convenience but definitely would want a different room. The pictures are a bit misleading and the rooms are not as nice as pictured.

There were pet smells in the room initially. Should have switched rooms, but got a little better over the stay. That's the risk of staying somewhere that allows pets. Cleaning staff should have noticed it and done a better job of turning the room over.

Nice hotel for a 1 or 2 night stay. The shower floor and tile need to be replaced. Suggest an upper facing front room. Back rooms you will hear the freight train go by a few times a night.

We were disappointed that the cleanliness of our kitchen was not clean at all. Fingerprints and dust all along kitchen cabinets and inside. We only used refrigerator. Common areas were nice and breakfasts were good. Coffee weak. Also would of liked housekeeping everyday. We were there 3 nights and not once did we have the room cleaned or trash removed. We asked for clean towels everyday. Dirty towels remained in our room.
