고풍스러운 느낌. 깔끔한 느낌인데 화장실 욕조 배수가 조금 잘 안되었습니다. 메인스트리트랑 걸어서 10분정도라 위치가 괜찮은 편입니다. 직원들은 친절합니다.

Excellent Stay
Very nice hotel centrally located in Nyaungshwe. Although not a newer building, the hotel is well maintained. Plenty of hot water and good WiFi. Comfortable and quiet. The set breakfast is also good. Special mention goes out to the hotel staff, who are friendly and courteous. The young lady at the front desk is most helpful and gracious. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

アーリーチェックインにも対応してもらえました。
朝食のパンケーキが美味しかったです。 また、インレー湖のボートも手配しましたが、湖内の各地へ連れていってもらい、満喫できました。 １点、お湯が夜遅い時間帯に出なかったので、熱いシャワーを好む人は注意が必要です。現地の方は熱いシャワーが苦手な人も多いので問題なかった様でした。

Had a nice stay
We were very happy about the check-in (it was very fast). The reception lady was very nice her english was pretty good she pays a lot of attention to our comfort especially when she knew that our daughter wasn’t feeling well, we appreciate a lot her gesture especially in this kind of remote city. We have been upgraded to a superior room but the hot water of the shower was hard to adjust the bathroom door couldn’t close. The hotel is super well located and very quiet street.

インレーのアットホームな居心地のいい宿
家族経営かと思いますが、受付の子は流暢な英語で旅のアレンジもしてくれてとても協力的でした。2泊しましたが、部屋も綺麗に掃除してありました。インレーについたすぐに周辺は停電で心配しましたが、その後は停電もなく、快適に過ごせました。トリプルの道路沿いの部屋でしたが、静かで、スーツケースを広げるスペースもあり、3人でも狭さは感じませんでした。バスタブの上のシャワーが壊れていて？使えませんでしたが、バスタブから少し離れたところにあるシャワーを伸ばしてなんとか使えました。お湯も出ました。wifi通信が時々途切れて受付に言いに行くとリセットしてもらえてすぐ使えるようになりましたが、その事で何度か受付に行きました。部屋にもペットボトルの水を用意してくれてありましたが、受付横の冷蔵庫のペットボトルの水もいつでも取っていって良いよと言われて、出かける際も冷たい水を飲めて良かったです。インレーに行くことがあればまたお世話になりたいです。

スタッフかとても親切で親しみやすい方でした。 設備は古いものの綺麗に掃除されていました。 シャワーのお湯が出なかったのですが、早朝だったのでそのまま浴びました。。 ボート乗り場に近く、寺院がすぐそば、飲食店も周りにあります。

Great family hotel, rooms are nicely decorated and clean, location is very good. Staff goes the extra mile and more, always taking amazing care of visitors. Boat and car tours can be booked easily and at good price, same applies for bus tickets, etc. Can't recommend it enough - the only place we would consider in this town. Note: This was our second visit (first in 2017) and we were happy to see that everything is still as good as we remember it from before.

訪れてまず設備の素敵さに感激した。木をふんだんに使った、ぬくもりのある建物で、ベッドやトイレも広々。 また、スタッフの方が大変親切で、何から何まで気にかけてくれた。アーリーチェックイン対応や、チェックアウト後も出発前まで部屋を使わせてもらえた。 朝ごはんは手作りのバナナパンケーキが絶品！コーヒーやフルーツも非常に美味しかった。

The hotel staff was excellent on all counts. Only drawbacks were no television and water system which made the sound of Darth Vader and when in the shower the water would pulsate between hot and cold; and the breakfast choice (3) never varied which only mattered for us since we stayed for several days.

悪くはないけどもっといいホテルが・・・
1階の部屋はドア1枚隔ててロビーだったり食堂だったりしますので、人の話し声が聞こえます。隣の家からの声もよく聞こえます。夜は静かになりますのでそれほど気にはなりません。部屋にはいすとテーブルがほしいです。スペースはありますので。朝御飯のパンケーキは焼きたてで美味しいです。おなじような値段のホテルとしては、ホテルエンペラーの方が断然お勧めです。

Good value and lovely staff.
The staff were so helpful and arranged for all our needs. The rooms were fine and we could walk easily to find good restaurants. It was the nicest place we stayed in Myanmar.

Friendly staff, good location and comfy bed
Golden empress is a good choice for tight budget travellers, good amenities and comfy bed. Location is close to the Main Street just 5-8 mins walking, it is very close to JJ express bus stop just 500metre away, easy to access for bus travellers. Breakfast is good, we were up to check out at 6am and it was 30 mins apart from breakfast time but the staff still served us earlier, super friendly.

Very basic hotel with friendly staff
The hotel is very basic. The staff was helpful but very young and inexperienced. The hotel was more suitable as a back packet accommodation.

Great host. I had a 6pm bus, but they couldn't let me check out late due to full booking the day of, which is absolutely fine. When I went back to pick up my luggage, the owner offered to let me take a shower in one of the spare rooms. It was very nice after a day of exploring the city and before getting on an overnight bus.

Pleasant stay
The staff was very friendly and allowed us to check in at 7.30am . Our room was upgraded to Superior room with window view also. Suggest an itinerary for us to explore the lake when we ask for recommendations.

They treat you like family
The Golden Empress was the best hotel of my stay in Myanmar. The room was very comfortable - nice bathroom, no mosquitoes, comfy bed, very clean, and very quiet. The breakfast was also quite nice, and they keep of stock of bottled water that you are free to access at any time. The best feature, however, was the extended family who runs it. They were the sweetest and most accommodating innkeepers I have ever encountered. I had to extend my stay due to becoming ill (not the hotel's fault), and the receptionist, Thandar, took care of everything for me from booking a flight when it became obvious that I couldn't take the bus, to contacting my other hotel, to providing food, water, and medicine. This is definitely the kind of family-run establishment you want to support in Myanmar.

Hospitable and convenient hotel in Inle area
Couldn't ask for more from this family-run business. Can try the nearby Myarmese Restaurant (as recommended by the hotel owner) which serves good cuisine. Hotel offers own affordable airport transfer too. Was given a spare room to rest for late check-out. Only improvement is we can do with a TV in the room

Very nice people, good location
We were lucky to be here just one day and the same day that 5 day market went on. The town is not very big and you can walk around easily. Close by to several nice restaurants and to the area were boats depart. Great service in general. Nice breakfast too!

Love love love it here!
The best hotel so far in Myanmar. We arrived at 5am in the morning and they gave us a room and breakfast without asking for any extra payment. A real family run hotel with super friendly and helpful staff. Thd rooms are simple traditional teak vinish, large with plenty of space for storage. The bed was big and very comfortable and the showers were instant hot water.

Wonderful family run hotel in Nyaung Shwe. The family are so lovely and very helpful. Our room was great and spacious. Breakfast was delicious.

Great family-run hotel in Nyaung Shwe. Located close to the town centre, and walking distance to Restaurants, Night market and boat tours. Rooms were spacious and beautiful, with good A/C, hot showers and free bottled water. There was also a fridge with complementary water at reception where you could help yourself. Staff was very friendly and helpful, booked a boat tour for us, organised laundry service (same day) and airport transfer. Breakfast was good, plenty of fresh fruit with cooked to order eggs or pancakes.
