We sincerely apologize that the general alarm activation caused stress to you and your family during your stay. We understand that fire alarms can be a very frightening event and we try our best to make sure our guests have a clear understanding of what is happening. Our guest's safety is our number one priority, and we can never predict an emergency, which is why we have emergency procedures in place and have our guests evacuate to a safe location until we know it is all clear and safe. After we received notice that it is all clear, we did play an overhead message 3 times stating it is safe to return to the rooms. We also had staff informing guests to return to their rooms as well. We again apologize that this happened. We truly appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback for us, so that we are able to improve our operations moving forward. I do see that you upgraded to our premium ocean view corner suite at a discounted rate. We hope this room was better for you.
