Aloha Ms. Alona Thompson... we are sorry you had such a bad experience considering we have a 8.5 rating! We also wonder why you did not reach out to us if you had any concerns. This is indeed one of the oddest reviews we have had as there is certainly no blood on curtains, the carpets are shampooed between guests and there are not only dryers for towels, you also had a full balcony to hang out your "bending" suit, though we are uncertain what this is. We are sorry for any poor experience and and that you never contacted us and even waited three weeks to write this review... we hope your next travels are great!

Aloha Joy... we are sorry to hear, but we are confused. Firstly, we have a full self-check-in process and you had everything you needed including your room number and details including many ways to contact us. This was also verified by hotels.com. Second, we have staff on-site in the lobby 24/7 not to mention you could have called, texted, sent a message through the booking site or spoke to the on-site staff. We received NO communication from you. We reached out to Expedia and hotel.com who confirmed that our contact information is correct, that you received your arrival details and that you did not reach out to them for assistance either. We apologize, but we have no idea why you had such challenges with so many resources to assist you!

Aloha, due to an emergency, the water was shut off and all guests informed; this was handled quickly. We respond to EVERY message we receive, so perhaps you called while we were on the other line, but we did not receive any emails regarding this. Unfortunately you have chosen to hide behind your screen and remain anonymous which makes it impossible to know who you are or properly address you or your room ; if you are going to leave poor reviews or report issues that we are unaware of, have the confidence to let us know who you are so that we can follow-up.

Aloha, please note that we did request a room with a queen bed and if this was not the room you were in, we are truly sorry that you did not reach out to us as we would have taken care of that immediately! We can only fix something if we know there is a problem and again are so sorry there was a mix-up... this was definitely not a "bait and switch" as you accuse, but simply an error which could have been fixed in literally five minutes if you had reached out to us!

Aloha, it seems that due to your language, you were not able to understand our staff or anything while there... we are a condo-hotel and these are not owned by individuals. We also do not understand when you say you had to wait in a rice field??? You contacted us telling us that you had no water, but again, you did have water, you just did not know how to turn on the faucet, or the TV, or lock the door, or connect to WiFi or turn on the A/C or the fan, etc... these were not problems of the room, but of your lack of understanding and ability to work through new situations. We provided you all of the details of our property, the location and everything else you would need, but you told us that you did not want to bring the information, so this is your responsibility. We also arranged parking as requested even after hours, so again, we do not understand. We suggest staying in countries where you can better communicate to avoid issues if you are not accustomed to being flexible in strange lands. We hope you feel more comfortable when you arrive back in Japan and we wish you all the best!

Aloha and thank you for your stay! Please note that we do NOT advertise that we even have a pool as we are only just constructing a pool... the BBQ and golf area, however, IS open. You requested a queen bed, but we provided a king size bed instead, and as per the listing, we do offer discounted parking to guests... perhaps you did not read this either as we did send you all of this information one week prior to your arrival and it is also listed on the booking site. We do not know what "an iron around the bed" means, so we unfortunately cannot reply to that, but we are happy that the staff was helpful and the room clean, comfortable and well-equipped for your stay!
