The few good things- good water pressure and instant hot water, decent Wi-Fi, good location for the beach and Diamond Head side of town, lots of room in the small parking area.
The many bad things that should not be a part of any hotel stay- a stale odor in the room, balcony door doesn't slide easily, sugar ants around sink in bathroom, roaches in kitchen floor, bathtub and bedroom walls, no USB plugs or even convenient 2-prong plugs, smallest TV I've seen in decades, no channel guide for the weird TV channels ( ie. 4-1, 4-2???) light-blocking curtains had dozens of small holes in it, no towel rack by the sink, no sidewalks on the street and worst of all, the fire alarm went off and there was no elevator service for some time.
And they still charged a resort fee!
