짧은 출장기간 숙소정도 가능
전시회 기간이라 어쩔수 없이 그 가격에 이용했으나.... 짧은 출장 목적이외에는 비추. 시내에 있지만 밤에는 절대로 나가지 말아야 하는 블럭에 위치함. 숙박시설은 2성급인줄 알았기에 크게 실망하지는 않았음. 딱 2성급임. 그래도 춥지 않고 따뜻함. 근처에 월그린 있어서 간단한 식음료 사먹을 수 있음. 주변 식당에서 먹는 것 비추. 심지어 햄버거도 맛이 이상하여 버림.

I had no problem with my room, I only needed to be able to sleep, the bed was clean and comfortable and I slept well. The front desk, at check in was friendly and helpful. The property is a 1/2 a mile from where I was working, so it was very convenient for me. Downtown Oakland can be a somewhat scary place, but I felt fine inside the hotel.

The staff was awesome. Anything i asked for, they were prompt with service. There was plenty out outlets to plug in my equipment. They had free breakfast. Cut off time was at 930am. However, i never stay at a place where the appliances were unplugged. I had to request them to plug the TV back in because i was to short to reach it. The bed was extra firm. It was uncomfortable to me. I also had to pay for parking wh8ch was 10 dollars. They had a fenced area next to the hotel. On expedia site they said it was free. The surrounding of the hotel was dirty and run down.

I was pleased with my stay. The only thing that I didn’t care for was the height of the toilet. I am experiencing bad knee pain and the lowness of the toilet did not benefit me. I struggled a bit but got through it. I may have not expressed that concern when finding a room.

We were attracted by the cost of the location which explains the stay. We were originally impressed because the room is a little small but it was clean and we thought we got a deal. They did have quality hand soap, shampoo and conditioner on a pump in the shower, but the water pressure was low and often not hot. Most of the time, the water was barely warm after letting it run for minutes to try to get it hot. The A/C in the room was loud, and was dripping water into the walls. They did not have any ice throughout my 4 day stay here and also no forks to eat the waffle you can make for breakfast. The parking was ok, they allow you to pay for parking but it is at your own risk. I did not have any damage or fear of damage of my car though. Another thing was the bathroom floor was warped and slanted toward the sink. I visit the Bay Area often and this location will not be on my return list unless they have major improvements.

I rented a double which they didn’t have upon arrival the front desk clerk tried to make me believe that a double was two single beds pushed together and that is what I paid for that’s why I only had a single bed so if I needed two beds I had to pay more money I understand the importance of upsale but not at the point of lying to the customer.I explained that I wanted to talk to the manager she eventually agreed to give me two rooms single bed to compensate for the inconvenience but again I was at the front desk and another customer had paid for a double bed and they didn’t have so they charged him for a upgrade for a single so I have this is a regular practice of the hotel.

I’ve stayed here before. It’s always been a no frills spot. I work near here so it’s convenient when i don’t wanna go all the way home and have work early. This time they put me on the 7th floor. It guess that’s the floor where people are living. Trash all over the halls. Food containers and overflowing trash cans. I. Was just waiting for a rat to pop out. They people living there are also inconsiderate. They are loud, obnoxious, and not clean. It was a horrible experience this time. Also it’s downtown Oakland and the parking lot isn’t closed so your car can definitely get broken into in the parking lot.

Overall the property is right at the line for needing a modernization. Looking at the property in totality many of the rooms plantation blinds are broken, but not in a way that reflects not being kept up. In the next 1-2 years the management should consider a refresh update just to stay current in the business. The property staff is excellent and the breakfast offering is extremely good. No issues at this property overall.

Room tv did not work nor did the heater, took 8 hours before they moved me to a new room and I paid $30 for early check in. I'm not satisfied with my experience

Parking is cheap, but the lot is not secured so you are still taking a risk in the end, but you aren’t on the street at least. Included breakfast is sufficient. You can make your own waffles, choose a variety of beverages, and can heat up a breakfast burrito among other things. The hotel was clean and the room was comfortable to sleep in. I originally chose this stay for the cheaper parking. I was very happy with my choice in the end to stay here. A more reasonable stay and fairly priced.
