We have no complaints about the property itself. Rooms were good. Little kitchen was cute. The beds were stiff hard not comfortable( I don't like soft beds, but this one hurted my side when i slept on one)
The real problem i had when at check in I asked if we can use the court yard table and chairs under our windows, by our front door( our room was on the second floor) The older lady, who was at the reception, said that we could if there was no one on the first floor, but unfortunately there are people there for the same 3 days as us, so we can't because it's not nice to seat by their windows..Ok.. we moved in and I checked my booking. Sure enough the court yard was on our description and for us to use. It was our 20st anniversary. We like drink coffee outside. We like to play chess with my husband and there was no other table available to play on. For some reason, even though we paid to use it, we weren't as important as a people on the 1st floor. When I asked her next morning why did she said we can't use it, she said :" Oh, you could, but it's not nice"... well, It wasn't nice to take away something that was considered as important for us, when I was booking that hotel. One day we came back at 8 pm and our door was wide opened. When I asked why? Same lady says that it's ok. Also, when we were checking out I was waiting by reception for my husband to get the car. Then we loaded the car, said good bye, got into and started car same lady asked to get out and pay for parking
