No one was at the desk, we called and they never came. Lots of very sick looking people were milling around so we eventually just left without checking in.

This was by far the worse hotel I’ve ever considered staying at!!!!!! Non smoking hotel, yeah right! I was on the second floor and it smelled like cigarettes and weed! I drove my truck around back to the more convenient entry and there were several, not 1 or 2 but several people just laid out watching. I checked in with Patricia who was the farthest from friendly, got my key went upstairs and it just smelled. When I walked in my room, it looked like a prison cot I would be sleeping on. Moving forward, I’m trying to make the best of the stay. I walk in to the bathroom and there was literally urine on the toilet seat and food and god only knows what else on the faucet. Too bad I can’t post pics. I go down stairs to speak with Patricia again and her response was “Ok what do you want me to do? Give you another room?” I did not stay. It was absolutely disgusting! I had to air my truck out once I got to the next hotel because my clothes reeked of smoke smell.

I like that the doors are locked at the front desk. I liked the top floor room. I didn't like that people were hanging out in the front of the building smoking right by the entrance.

The room I was booked had roach skeletons in the bed frame my mattress was sitting on, and more on the ground. The bathroom was clean, furniture was reminiscent of used office furniture. But the noise. I did not sleep more than 10 min at a time. The noise was loud enough to seem like refrigerators were being moved in and out of a room nearby, doors would slam and it would cause my walls and door to move. It was loud enough to be a college dorm on my floor, and the drug scene was serious.

Get there to check in, crackheads were outside yelling and smoking right in front of the door. Go to check the room out before I bring my family in, as I open the door cigarette ashes that were on the floor go flying, 2 dead cockroaches in the sink, the smell was suffocating to say the least, the bed had hair in the sheets, there was a wet mark on top of the comforter- like somebody had just been in there with a drink on the bed, one bed was made and the bed with the wet mark on it was undone on one side. The smell smelt like somebody had smoked for 50 years inside that room. And to top it off, as I'm walking out to go back to the front desk to get my money back, there was a needle cap on the floor in front of the cabinets. It was horrible. Don't waste your time or money going here, leave it for the crackheads and drug dealers.

There were what appeared to be dried blood stains and other stains on my bedsheets and cover. I asked the staff if it would be possible to have the sheets changed. They said it wasn’t possible since they were out of bedsheets but they gave me a clean fleece blanket instead. Overall cleanliness is really bad. The walls are very thin. You’ll be able to hear everything from next door to across the hall. I’ve been to other Extended Stay America and I’ve had good experiences. This one is by far the worst place I’ve ever stayed at.

Roach infestation
Walked in to room and turned on light cockroach ran everywhere the medium size ones that crawl all over you as they were on and under bed on stove top counters like so visually present my boyfriend did even walk in room! We walked out and left and Best Western took great care of us . Patricia was very sweet and nice who was the reception and manages the place. Out of her control no photo as those bad boys ran and no time to put stuff down or dare to take pictures

Very dirty and stinky. Terrible environment. Went to our room and witnessed a barefoot guy falling in the hallway needing help get up. Stomping all night long. Our rooms shower had a dirty soap bar and dirty microwave with a long hair stuck to the vent. People there walking barefoot to the front desk. All night long there was noise, including drumming early in the morning. The whole hotel smelled and looked disgusting. Do not recommed this hotel if you value safety and comfort.

Staff is nice. But after checking in and going to our room it was very dirty. The bed, pillows and sheets were all stained yellow. Room floor, bathroom floor and bathtub/shower floor were all dirty. Kitchen area not clean at all, there were cigarette ashes in the refrigerator. Trash inside cabinet. Room also smelled like someone was smoking in there. I would say that someone needs to go in there and do an inspection.

You get what you pay for
Very unsafe and dirty. Dank and musty smell, fridge was so dirty outside, bathroom tub was crack and peeling, shower in disrepair, bed noisy, roaches everywhere, front attendants never available, cigarette butts everywhere, noisy and disrespectful occupants/tenants and went to front desk but unavailable, phone not working at our room. Needing towels but front desk close. I feel like its the place for homeless people who needed place. I will never go back there. Disappointed because picture online looks descent but looks can be deceiving. First time visit in Florida was a disappointment.

The room was dirty the microwave was not clean the TV didn't work after supposedly they fix it. When i mentioned that the TV doesn't work again the staff had an attitude like i am lying because " they just fix it " and didn't bother to check. It was a horrible experience!!!!

The receptionist was SUPER friendly. The hotel was NASTY! IT had a horrible smell inside the room and in the hallway. The bed was very tiny. The luggage trolly was falling apart I has to put it back together multiple times before getting to my car. It was a scary time at night. Very unsafe feeling

I had a late check in. The attendant gave me keys and closed the desk up, the door to access elevator (right by the desk) wouldn’t open. Instead of opening the door for me, he made 2 women walk around the building alone to find another door that would open with the key. He was just standing by the elevator and the door that wouldn’t open when I got to it. I requested a room with two beds, I got one full sized bed.

Roaches in the room
My wife, 2 small children amd I checked in. Went to room luggage in tow. Opened the door, turned the lights on and were greeted by several cockaroaches on the counter top. Closed the door and left. Informed the fr9nt desk and was told exterminators come weekly. I was told i was issued a refund, however i have not seen that in my account yet.

Disgusting! Filthy! There are no words to describe the disappointment when we arrived! Linens were dirty, room was dirty, bathroom dirty and then there were bugs and cockroaches all over the room. There were cops outside! We checked in and we checked out in 30 min! We arrived around midnight with a baby and a toddler and then we had to find another hotel for the night.
