We have stayed at this hotel a few times. It isn't bad for the cost of the stay. Beds are not comfy, needs TLC throughout the building. Cleaning staff friendly, front counter in the most part is nice. However, this time we did experience a very rude person. We booked with hotels. com have use them many times even with this Hotel. As we arrived the balance owe wasn't correct, I tried to show the women who wouldn't look at my receipt told me I went through a third party, was nasty and didn't want to even try to work out why their computer had us owing more. She gave us an 800 number told us to go ahead and call they will tell us the same thing she is telling us and using Hotels.com may be the problem. I called to get a price booking direct and the cost was the same as Hotels.com. We have never had this problem before with booking. com. She handle it in an unprofessional manner. We paid what she would only accept went to our room the keys did not work, we had to go back to her and told her the keys did not work she asked did a red or green light came on we said no Nothing came on. She told this maintenance worker to go up and check the keys and once you get the door open see what the problem is. We followed him up to the room the keys didn't work! He left us in the hallway went to get tools and came back to fix the problem as we stood there for a while waiting to enter the room. He did apologize, but we were at the point to go back to her and request another room.
