The staff was amazing. I am disabled and they helped me every was possible. Special thanks to the front desk staff. Additionally, someone hit my car in the parking lot, damaging the driver side mirror, and a staff member helped tape it up. The only downfall is parking.

While happy for the common area on the third floor and game room on the second, I was diappointed in this hotel. The photos are deceiving. It's an old hotel and looks like regular maitenance is overlooked. Many places have worn away paint, or is dirty. The desk clerk looked like she couldn't muster a simple good morning (the guy was very nice). The carpet in the hallway was fstained . My room, while clean, was not the sparkling room in the pictures. The refrigerator (while clean) was covered with rust spots on the door and looks so old and nasty. The bed was the worst! One vibrated with the HVAC unit . The mattresses were the worse and obviously are very old and had more spring than bedding. I couldn;t sleep in the first one it was so uncomfortable. They don't tell you there is no room service, but leave a tip note. WHy? Finally, the worst thing was I found balcony door unlocked! There is no barrier to prevent someone from crossing all the baclconies on that floor.I had to check the closet, bathroom, and under the beds to ensure no one was hiding in the room. I stayed the last day before they shut down for the season.By the looks of it, they don't really spend that time cleaning, replacing, renovating. It just looks old and dingy. Was it worth the cost - not even close.

The property is old and outdated inside and out. Wi-Fi connection was terrible. You pay for the convenience on being on the board walk.

Do NOT ever stay at this property, it smells like pee and mold in the lobby, the rooms smell like ciggs and god knows what, and worst of all you will get SCABIES (microscopic mites)!! I’ve never in my life had to deal with scabies but I def contracted scabies from this run down unsanitary hotel, worst experience of my life and dealing with the aftermath was hell!! Never ever stay at this hotel or you will regret it.

The front desk staff is the most unfriendly group of people i have ever encountered in the hospitality industry! The staff is told to be up front but they are always in the back office. One night staff sleeps every shift and has now been video taped.

We found a pair of dirty socks in the closet. When my son went to pull out the couch bed there was mold on the mattress and behind the couch was some Goldfish and a fork so apparently they didn't clean very well

I wanted to plug in the coffee pot in the kitchen area and could NOT find an outlet (?) I ended up plugging in at the bathroom sink. No outlets in the kitchen area??

Staff was great. My expectations weren’t high as price was a bargain. I felt safe and secure. Overnight noise interrupted sleep but that has nothing to do with hotel. It shows it’s age but people really don’t take care of anything when staying at hotel. Indoor pool could have been cleaner. Area around pool was neat and tidy. I’d stay again for the price and location.

Staff are nice. Parking in October is not a problem at all, I would reccomend flagship to anyone visiting ocean city just needed a bigger bed personally

Gross, dirty, stained, black mold in bathroom, unsafe (unlocked side doors, room door didn’t close unless locked), smelled so bad had to buy air freshener for the one night stayed (left with three more days on reservation but it was so bad - worst place I have ever stayed)

I found that the mouse running across the floor was friendly. The wifi wasn't even functional enough to check emails.

Horribly outdated and stinky
Totally outdated, old and stinky. The ice machine was filthy and so was the ice that came out of it. We immediately checked for bed bugs upon arrival.

Expedia needs to update photos on site. The property is old and in need of upgrades. The kitchenette was not useable. Property was fine. Sheets were clean. But it's not worth the price and a few upgrades could make it much better. Hall smelled terrible.

The whole facility needs a remodel- broken doors, rust and paint chipping, mildew and cigarette smell everywhere. Some of the guests look like they pay to stay by the hour. Not family friendly. The pictures were very deceiving. Only positive was location. Never again.

Flagship Hotel was Great!
The room was neat and clean! I really enjoyed my stay! It’s right on the boardwalk with Ocean Views, and the price per night was less than most other hotels! The staff were all very nice and accommodating! I have stayed here before, and I will definitely stay again!

Location good, that's about it. Sofa so filthy and stained couldn't sit on it. Balcony was awful. Very run down and dated. One tiny elevator for entire complex including staff.

First of all, Expedia should not have this hotel up on the recommendation section, since this gives the app a bad representation. Since we arrived at the hotel, the bad smell and how they treated you was unprofessional. They gave a very bad impression. It smelled dirty and humid. The nightmare started when we were walking through the hallways. We noticed the carpets that had stains of green, yellow, and even red. We opened the door of the room, and it was like a horror movie, looking at all the filth of the couch. We couldn’t even touch it. The stove, the AC, old and awfully dirty. It looked like rats were going to come out. Entering the bathroom and seeing the toilet seat covered with droplets of urine. And seeing all of that, it never occurred to me to see the condition the bed was in. When we finally decided to check the mattress, we were scared to find stains that looked like what it would seem as blood or poop. And when we flipped the mattress, on the other side there was also similar stains. The walls were humid and filled with mold. The air could kill us just breathing it. Immediately I decided to find another hotel as soon as possible. As quick as I checked in, I checked out. This hotel should be closed, not open to the public, because people can get horribly sick in this place. Overall, this hotel should be reported to the department of health and the DCA (department of consumer affairs).

My biggest drawdown was other guests ability to look directly into my room due to the u-shape of the hotel. My great niece enjoyed the pool, however, the water appeared to be a little dirty due to the sand resting at the bottom.
