In our regular travels to Japan, this is our worst ryokan experience. The service lady (not Japanese) was rude from the beginning. She pointed somewhere in the pitch black distance and told us to park our car ourselves (we don't know where the parking is actually) and to carry our own luggage from the car, which is unheard of for an authentic Japanese Ryokan. This is followed by wrongly allocating us to a much smaller room, despite paying a premium for a bigger 5 person room. We were told that there was no error in room allocation. Upon our insistence that there must have been a mistake, we were then directed to another bigger room, as we found out that they had overbooked and wrongfully allocated our original room to other guests. This ryokan is run down and there are many tourists and it feels like a market more than a restful ryokan. We will definitely avoid this ryokan in future, as we did not enjoy the experience. If you are looking for a peaceful ryokan, this is the wrong one.

Nice hotel with great Onsens
Very nice and quite hotel with several onsens. A little bit remote and difficult to find by google map. Suggest to arrive before sunset.

오랜만에 넓은 방에서 편하게 쉴 수 있었습니다. 무엇보다 조식 및 석식 뷔페가 다른 숙소에 비해서 월등히 좋았습니다. 옆에 개울 흐르는 소리도 휴식에 도움이 됩니다.

値段相当のクオリティーのホテルです。
館内に2カ所の温泉、提携先に2〜3カ所の温泉があります。17時チェックインすると、チェックアウト10時までに全てまわりきれません。2泊必要かな？食事は朝夜バイキング形式でしたが、質、量とも満足できるものです。売店が12時頃まで空いてればベストです。

직원 매우친절. 구로카와에서 1박하고 간 곳인데 온천 시설 특히 노천탕은 구로카와 대비 매우 좋음. 마침 비오는날이었는데 매우 운치 있었음. 볼링장 오락실도 있어서 심심하지 않음. 재방문의사 100%

酒店設施雖然不是最新，但也很好。一泊兩食晚餐很好，早餐也很豐富。酒店職員態度很友善， 入住當日是情人節，酒店還送了朱古力一小盒。

후쿠오카 숙소난으로 어쩔 수 없이 그 다음날 료칸 가기전 구한 호텔입니다. 기대를 안해서 그런지 엄청 만족 했구요, 공짜 볼링 티켓도 주셔서 가족끼리 엄청 재밌었네요 ㅎㅎ 노천탕이나 대욕탕에 다양한 종류의 탕이 있어서 오히려 소규모 료칸 보다 온천하기에 좋았고, 계곡 절벽에 호텔에 위치해 주변경관이 수려합니다. 료칸은 살짝 부담스러운 분들은 딱 좋겠네요!!!

호텔은 만족스러웠지만..
호텔에서의 숙박은 마음에 들었지만 익스피디아측에서 예약 시점에 좀 더 구체적이고 확실한 정보를 제공해 주셨으면 합니다, 1년 전 숙박할 때 주변경관이나 부대시설 등이 가격대비 마음에 들어서 올해 다시 이용하게 되었는데 익스피디아의 예약 조건과 실제 체크인 당시에 프론트에서 들었던 조건들이 몇가지 달랐던 점들이 불편했습니다. 첫번째는 부속온천 사용에 관한 내용인데 작년에는 이 온천을 숙박객은 추가요금 없이 이용했었는데 올해는 1인당 500엔씩을 추가로 요구했습니다. 패키지로 묵는 손님들의 경우 무료이용 티켓을 제공하는 걸 봤는데 익스피디아의 예약 화면 및 호텔 소개 페이지에서는 이 부분에 대한 어떠한 사전 언급이 없었습니다. 두번째는 예약 시점에 요청한 객실이 실제와 달랐습니다. 저녁 늦은 시간에 도착하여 피곤했던 점도 있었고 배정받은 방도 지내기에 그럭저럭 나쁘지않아 별도로 호텔측에 이야기는 하지 않았습니다. 예약 당시에는 '2single beds + 다다미' 로 나와 있었는데 실제 배정되었던 객실은 침대 없는 다다미 방이었습니다.

3번째방문
후쿠오카, 큐슈를 방문 할때마다 올해는 전부 히젠야 호텔에서 1박함, 청결한 객실과 물좋은 온천, 호텔이 위치한 쓰에타테의 풍경도 좋고. 인근의 쿠로가와는 너무 비싸고 유휴인은 이제 관광객이 너무 많고 벳부는 시내라 그냥 관광하기에 좋지만 히젠야 호텔은 언제 방문해도 좋다, 특히 가을의 단풍과 함께주변 경치도 좋은 곳. 계곡의 물소리를 들어며 자면 힐링이 저절로 된다.

츠에타테 지역에서 가장 큰 호텔인 만큼 서비스도 매우좋고 직원분들이 너무나도 친절하셨습니다 온천도 너무 좋고 조식도 좋았으나 주변에 놀거리, 즐길거리가 전무하고 석식의 가격은 다소 비싼편임에도 불구하고 인근에 식당이 한, 두군데 밖에 없어 주변환경은 다소 아쉽네요 관광이 아닌 휴양의 목적으로 오시는 분들에게 추천합니다

Wonderful night
The pictures on website are not interesting but the actual view at the hotel is wonderful. Our room has river view with natural water fall sound all night, very fresh air and atmosphere. Hotel has good management both of cleaning and service. The location is in the mountain that far from convenience things.
