To start indoor pool shows online closed for construction.no breakfast construction going on everyday. Love to hear baging& sawing at 8am..The room was ok but 1st day found glass on floor. Bathrooms was nice & obviously just remodeled. I checked in late & rep very rude(no info just handed keys);as soon as I left office locked dr. THE OFFICE NEVER REOPENED DURING 4 DAYS anything needed we had to call for. Probably won't stay again if admenities are not available due to construction THEN POST IT.

Friendly staff. They were working on renovating at time of our visit. Indoor pool was closed and we did not know this prior to booking. The couch in our room has a cover over it because of old stains on the cushions. They seem to be updating furniture so maybe they will replace that one as well. Off season so it’s fine for a night.

Our stay was wonderful. TV in original room was not working properly. Staff was very accommodating and we were upgraded to another room. Super check-in staff.

We had requested a ground floor room upon our arrival due to my 82-year-old mother’s recent knee replacement surgery. Since they had none available, the staff person at the desk upgraded us to a two bedroom cottage with no up charge to accommodate us. She was gracious friendly And I would strongly recommend this location.

What a great find for this above normal temperatures weekend. We had a kitchenette though we didnt use. It was very clean. Short walk to downtown Ogunquit and the beach.

Spacious clean room. Good location. Would stay again. Only problem was that no directions for heating. Switch was backwards and no precise temperature regulation. Went from freezing to being too hot.

Stay at the Ogunquit Tides Resort! You'll Love It!
When ever my girlfriend and I want to get out of town...We enjoy staying at the Ogunquit Tides Resort.... We love how close it is to town..Less than a mile walk. The rooms are super clean and haven't had one bit of trouble with noise.

it was very clean,,i just wished they did a daily refresh of the room ,we asked the first day and was done but not after the first day . i like my bed made evervyday and bathroom tiddyed.the free breakfast was good,beds were comforable room was clean

The room was perfectly clean and had a new shower. The spa advertised on Expedia was closed but the pool was open. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. Breakfast included bagels, cereal, yogurt, fruit, juice, and hot beverages in a bright and comfortable space.

This place is a top pick for "non beach front" Its always clean, the rooms are large and love the kitchenettes. Beds are nice, though the pillows and blankets fall slack a bit, just bring your own favorite blanket and pillow. Smart tvs are nice, you dont get stuck watching cable in your downtime. Staff is super friendly. In the warmer months you can walk across the Ogunquit river at low tide to get to the ocean. On the grounds there is plenty of outside room to stretch out and relax. Continental breakfast is a plus, if you would prefer something else there are several places in the area to grab something to eat. They have bike and kayak rentals. Stay a few nights and enjoy beautiful Maine Seacoast.

Not a happy stay
This was going to be my last fun in the sun days. I did not like my room; I had to climb stairs (5) to get in. My profile says that I cannot do stairs. I fell getting in to my room on the last day. Also, the room had a strange odor. I tried opening both doors to vent but that did not work

Love staying at the Tides. Location is perfect. The rooms and grounds are always clean and beautiful. Love the river/ocean view, kayaks, pools and breakfast! It’s all good!

We had a great stay at Ogunquit Tides. The room was very clean. I wish there were recycle bins to dispose of our cans and plastic bottle.

The signature cabin was great for a short family getaway. We had privacy, a nice view of the nearby river but was a close walk to main office. The complimentary breakfast was a nice surprise. Staff was helpful on all occasions.

Front desk hostility
Check in was so very horrible. I booked on hotels.com yet the front desk person kept telling me it never went through. She was entirely inept and a problem since the moment I walked in. The hotel owner/manager had to come and take care of things. But she was persistent that there was no pay,ent. My account on hotels.com kept confirming I was all set but she became hostile and wanted me to pay again. The front desk was a nightmare not only for me but for others behind and before me. I’ve never experienced such ignorance and attitude in any other hotel.

We had a two bedroom suite and it was great ! The only thing is that the room had a mild smell of dampness and the couch in the room was uncomfortable and stained.
