I felt like a rat in a maze, camp sites to close, Swimming pool was great and hot tub. No bbq in our spot Only a fire grate in the site. Beds were very uncomfortable I will not stay here again, nor recommend.

Our cabin had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub/spa and the kids really loved the play areas. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Loved our stay.

It is a nice place to stay in a great location. The unit that we stayed in has a loft which is great for kids but a little tough for adults to change or move around in since it is only about 3 feet clearance at most from floor to ceiling in the loft. The rest of the unit is great.

Overall Great for Family
Overall stay was great. We loved the pool and onsite laundry. Bathrooms were clean. Firewood was expensive but what I could see, you can bring your own. Beach shuttle was broke down with no solution. Location was perfect to enjoy both Wells and Ogunquit beaches. Felt safe for the kids to roam. Overall would stay again, in a cabin.

We had a two bedroom cabin. These cabins are so new they still smelled new. Great amenities of coffee pot, pots and pans, etc. we brought our own sheets and towels, however the facility does rent these upon request. Only downside was it was difficult to get up onto the upper bunk of bed. Would recommend property and would stay here again.

The people that run the campground are very nice and helpful. You can walk to the ocean or take their shuttle. Excellent facilities and location for the price.

The website said wifi included, it isn't but it can be purchased for an extra $4.95 a day. The beds/pillows were extremely uncomfortable. And they ask you to clean (sweep, do dishe, etc. before you leave). Smaller than I thought as well. It was pretty expensive for a step up from tent camping. I will opt for a hotel next time.

From the moment we walked in we were greeted by friendly staff. Check in was quick and simple. We rented a small cabin and were very pleased with the cleanliness and the modern accommodations. The area we stayed in was very peaceful and quite. The pool and the hot tub were the perfect way to end a long day at the beach. The park staff even deliver bundles of wood to your camp site, we tried to tip them but they refuse, very classy! This is our fourth time visiting Wells, and our first time at Moody, we will definitely be back.

Cottage was very clean and comfortable but very run down... Broken window casings, stained ceilings from leaky roof, broken light switch, toilet clog (the latter two were fixed during our stay). Was very surprised by the inferior quality of the unit, itself, but pleased with how clean it was.

Great family environment
We rented one of their cabin trailers and it was amazing!My kids loved being able to ride their bikes to the game room, pool and recreation center. The campground gave us an entertainment schedule for the weekend when we checked in so we know what was available for both adults and kids everyday. I would recommend this place to anyone who has kids.

Friendly staff...Very clean and modern cabin with all the comforts of home. Less than 10 minute drive to Wells Beach.

Quiet park, friendly helpful staff
This place is quiet and well kept up and lots of things to do and it is reasonably priced. It is short drive to beaches and other amenities.The staff are very friendly and helpful. We were only there for three days but we would definitely go back. We stayed in one of the camper rentals. Ours was old but clean and in good shape, they have several newer models available. The only drawback was that the unit we stayed in had a double bed and it was too short to us, but since we were only there for three nights it was no big deal. We will definitely rent one with a queen bed the next time. By 10:00 pm you could hear a pin drop it was so quiet. We are beach people so we didn't use the pool or spa but both looked well kept and clean.

Weekend away
We stayed with another couple in a rustic cabin. It was a camper which we aired out as soon as we arrived (musty). The size is fine for two adults and children but it was extremely small for 4 adults. Our friends had to sleep seperatley. One on the fold-down couch (extremely uncomfortable) and one in a bunk bed because they both could not fit on the couch. They are average size people. We had to rent the linens for our stay which was $25 plus tax. When we asked for an extra set for the bunk bed we were told it would be another full fee. We opted out and made due. Our first night we used the hottub and pool. They were both very nice and clean. After swimming we noticed a strong propane smell in the trailer. The tanks had run out. They were not filled until the next afternoon, so we used the public showers. Very hot water but not the cleanest. I kind of expected someone to come by later and ask if everything was ok..but that didn't happen. The staff in the store for the weekend was very nice and gave great suggestions for local places to go and eat. When we checked out. I set the key down and the girl working the counter said your all set. Overall the campground was nice. Lots of amenities and stuff for kids to do. Next time if we stay we will bring our own RV.

Functional butbut rustic trailer rental in a campground with playground, great pool for little kids and spa for the adults, set behind a mini golf/arcade in the heart of where you want to be in Wells, Maine. Pros: convenient, nice flat screen TV with basic cable/sat for the kids, full shower with plentiful hot water, nice little deck with picnic table. Cons: the trailers are very close to each other (better close those curtains, lol), and feels a little like you're staying in a trailer parkpark. The smaller trailers are also old and outdated, and could have been a lot cleaner (curtains washed, shower curtain replaced; you've gotta forgive a few spider webs in this environment). All in all, a convenient and cheaper option than a hotel or B&B if you're staying a few days, and honestly my kids loved the pool enough, and I loved not having to pack up a tent and campsite in the rain, to make it worth the money for such an old trailer.
