Wifi has now become such major commodity and the capacity of a full house puts a great strain on the band width. in any given building expect those that i clearly tell guests that they will not be able to get wifi and i do instruct that the office area is our public area for checking ones email. never the less it is something we will have to have to expand upon. If the housekeeper forgot to leave a fresh roll of TP I am sorry. our office is opened 14 hours a day from 10 to 11 pm or later weekend nights, your room needed only to call to bring this to our attention and give you what you needed..This an over site i can honesty say happens once in a blue moon. Hello Guest, We were sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your stay. Our housekeeping staff was there to aid in any need you may have had if the towels were unsatisfactory a simple mention to her and she would if changed them out immediately. If you had mentioned that you had a special need and wanted to be on the first floor, you had the opportunity to make a special request at the time of booking with Expedia or call me direct and I would of made sure the request was filled. As far as the painting the season got ahead of us and plan on finishing that project soon, so we do apologize for the appearance. As for our stairs I beg to differ they are by no means rickety so i am very disappointed that you felt the need to give others the impression of danger.
