Wow! We were so pleasantly surprised by this charming villa. The interior was clean and lovely. Our back balcony overlooked the lake and the mountains. We loved it!

Beautiful room right overlooking the fruit orchards and lake. Very clean and beautiful views. The staff is not in the office typically, but very quick to respond by text with any needs at all.

The view is beautiful, and this is what you are paying for. Unfortunately the place was lacking in cleanliness. One of the wine glasses in the room had a white ring around it. The rooftop patio is beautiful but the barbecue was not clean and there were mice running around, attracted to the leftover food. The pullout couch where we were going to have our kids sleep was unusable, you could feel the wires poking sharply out of the mattress. The woman who worked there got us some cots instead. I would not stay there again.

- check in ok (no one in office. Need to phone, then keeper phoned back) - room condition NOT satisfactory: . TV is NOT working . toilet bowl rim has lots of urine drops trace . we booked for 4 adults ... not enough shampoo, bath soap supply (as got only 1 shampoo, so need go to office to get supplies)

We have stayed here 2 years in a row and i already cannot wait until next year. The view is stunning, the suite is massive. The beds are incredibly soft and comfy and the location is so convenient. I cannot say a single bad thing about the place. You will not regret booking here!!!!

This is our second stay at Ciliegia Villa and it won't be our last. The unit is perfect for our family with a private garden and an unbelievable view of the lake and cherry orchard!

We feel that the room was "lovely" but user-unfriendly to an extreme degree. Owner's "family emergency" was not remedied by lack of instructions for using the room or info on neighborhood. We had no access to kitchen facilities, microwave etc. And did not have any direct contact with owner. Key cards did not access promised common space, TV was unworkable, 2 lights were not working, jetted tub sprayed my wife when she turned the faucet on. Bed was horribly incomfortable & security systems was, I think, on silent alert.

Very unique and spacious unit with a really great view. Huge well equipped washroom, large combined bedroom and sitting area with a high vaulted ceiling, spacious deck, etc.. One thing to keep in mind is this accommodation is surrounded by working orchards therefore propane cannons are in use to limit fruit consumption by birds. That said, I'd definitely stay here again.

We've stayed here many times before and love the large view room with nice patio overlooking the lake and the cherry orchard. We get along very well with the owner Shinder and she is always very helpful. I noticed this time though that the chairs in the living room are starting to show quite a bit of wear so they should be replaced sometime in the future. This is a beautiful room with a massive walk in shower and huge jetted tub.

Beautiful and unique property. Excellent view from our balcony. We wished we had a microwave in our room.Otherwise the location, layout of the property and especially the bathroom were exceptional.

The property was amazing. Only a short drive to downtown. The view from the room was beautiful. We had the jacuzzi suite . It was perfect .

Very beautiful place. View is great, wake up to the sunrise. Toilet was in rough shape and rain fall show head needs to be replaced. Also cell reception and wifi is very weak, not sure why. Overall, one of the best places to stay in Osoyoos

Disappointing - room 6 and 7
Disappointing Lower level room 6 one night. Arrived late, left as early as possible. Looked like only one of upper rooms occupied. No one in office at check in to request room change. Door code and phone number if problem but it was late. Room not as expected from 23 of 24 photos on hotels.com. Expected upper floor, private deck. Dated, black mold along baseboards by bed. Not well ventilated. Hot.stuffy.Disappointing. Not recommended after long day touring okanagan valley.

Great stay for the value in Osoyoos! Beautiful private patio view overlooking a cherry orchard and Osoyoos Lake. Facing east so nice sunrises. There was also a roof top patio with a public BBQ but the front desk didn't mention it, so we only found it on the last day unfortunately. Wish we had been told about it. Only draw back was that there was a funny smell sometimes, every so often outside there would be a waft of sewage smell. Not sure where it was coming from. Sent us indoors a few times. Otherwise, great stay, comparable amenities would go for much higher - would recommend and stay again!
