Perfect spot, great price.
We were amazed at how large the room was. All staff were helpful and friendly. The style of the furniture was older, but it was clean and a great price. There were extras like coffee, tea, shampoo,conditioner etc. Pool and hot tub areas were well maintained and perfect for the heatwave we were experiencing. I would recommend this hotel, and am looking forward to returning.

Spacious units.. close to the beach.
The great thing about this Inn is the location, close to shops and most importantly close to the beach, they also have a pool on site. With regards to the rooms, very spacious I like the kitchen with all the stuff that you need for cooking. Furniture like the sofa bed is kind off dated, carpets need shampooing and internet services are terrible. I also find the price a little expensive for the facilities and services. If you are just looking for a slightly comfortable space to spend the night then this would be ok...nothing fancy, just make sure you have data to service your internet needs.

Not So Fancy
The elderly lady who checked us in was amazing! She deserves an award or recognition for how pleasent she simply was. Most front desk people can't be bothered to be welcoming but she was! The hotel itself was dated. Hot tub wasn't very hot( it's August, I know but it's nice to sit down in a hot hot tub after a long day of being on a motorcycle). Room was decent for the price. Nothing fancy.

A pleasant surprise.
The stay was on the last day of my trip. I wanted to stay relatively close to the Vancouver airport without having to mortgage my house. The on-line picture of the hotel did not do it justice at all, and I was prepared to settle for something second rate. I was very pleasantly surprised at how neat, clean and first rate this room was. Small yes, but absolutely perfect for what I needed.

Good parking Housekeeper was pleasant Check in was too fast and a lot of info was left out Check out was brutal...no one in the office and nearly got attacked by a large dog, I was able to close the office door before the dog got to me...very disturbing, I left my keys in my room and left!!

A decent and convenient hotel next to the beach.
For a family run hotel it is pretty decent. The hotel is older - there is some wear and tear but nothing that is unexpected. There isn't a lot of amenities but we didn't expect any - it was close to the beach and had its own pool and working AC and that was important for the kids and us. Our kitchenette was quite clean and they have several BBQ for you to use. There are enough stores and restaurants nearby for convenience. I had limited interaction with the staff so my rating was more a neutral rating but they seem friendly enough. We plan to stay here again next time we are in Kelowna.

Very nice place wonderful place but the wall are not sound proof much but other than that I enjoy my stay ..next time I'm going to ask if it a family on the second floor lol

Convenient and clean
The rooms inside were updated and very clean. the outside was clean, but some of the facilities could use a bit of updating. The location was excellent as it is close to the beach and close to downtown (with a car).

Bad weekend
We have stayed here before, but this experience was very different. Our hallway reeked of pot every time we entered from outside, we didn't get maid service the entire time, someone was pounding in doors in the middle of the night, parties happening in multiple rooms, toaster was broken, and the room was not that clean. We are not picky travelers and we stay in a lot of hotels while traveling for hockey. All we want is safe and clean, and trip fell short of both. The desk is not open very late, so there is no one to complain to when you're awoken at 1am to someone pounding on the doors. Luckily the girl at the front desk was very friendly and sympathetic to the situation and refunded part of our stay upon checkout. I'm hoping this was just a bad time to stay, due to the long weekend and excellent pricing that Mission Park has.

my new home away from home
An excellent hotel for an extended stay. The kitchen includes at the basic necessities. I plan on returning a few times over the next couple of years while my son will be at Okanagan College.

Location was great...yhe room smelled old &musty
Floors were dirty in the room. Staff was indifferent. Hours of operation were strange. Would not stay again. I fact planned to stay 2 notes and left after 1.

great place!
i came to Kelowna for 1 night for Big White snowboarding. i've been driving about 6 hours from seattle and tired and just before i reached hotel, i hit the bump and broke the front tire. The girl at reception was so nice and found a person who helped me to install a spare so i can drive to service and fix it. After that i had a nice walk at the beach near hotel. Great place to stay! 5 min drive to Knox park, and other places you can enjoy around. Room was great with a lake view , and clean. and next day i had a great ride at Big White. Thank you so much, Mission inn! if i go back here again, i will definetly stay here again.

Excellent size room with separate living/dining area and full size kitchen; free secure WIFI; excellent value-for-money; excellent premium TV channels. Overall excellent stay!

Hôtel bien situé près d'un parc et d'une plage. Propre beaucoup d'espace. Veillot mais pour le prix acceptable. Belle piscine avec spa. Idéal pour tout genre de clientèle, bien pour les familles avec enfants.

No Sound Proofing
My friend and I stayed here for 3 nights. All 3 nights we got a noise complaint. I'm not sure if we had someone with insomnia living next to us but my friend and I were NOT loud. Yes, we stayed up and talked but there no way we made excessive noise. That being said EVERY morning we heard a child doing laps around the living room above us, AND vacuuming and banging, AND not to mention we were located right beside the stairs (STOMP STOMP STOMP).... ALL DAY. Needless to say the walls were literally paper thin.

Close to Gyro Beach
My kids loved the swimming pool and we all loved the proximity to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. The suite was clean and comfortable. My only complaint was the mattress on the pull-out couch, it was pretty bumpy.

Little out dated but cozy. Bathroom sink was plugged. Couldnt watch TV without a lot of figuring the dang thing out. Staff was very friendly 😊

ホテル近くにビーチがあり、最近開発をしている地域のようで、スーパー、ドラッグストア、ドーナツ店等があり、便利でした。すぐ近くに和食の店もあり、おいしかったです。 また、ホテル内には屋外プール、BBQエリアや簡単な子供の遊び場があり、子供たちは喜んでいました。部屋内にキッチンもあります。 ただ、建物が古く、とても簡単な構造のようで、騒音がひどかったです。上階の人が普通に歩く度に、ミシミシ、ドンドンと言う音がして、夜中起こされました。また、上階か隣の人が水を使うと、ゴーという大きな音がして、ビックリしました。 キッチンがあるのは助かりますが、建物があまりにボロく、この値段なら普通のホテルに泊まった方がよかったです。

one of the cheapest in one of the best locations
It is an older building but in great shape and clean. I had an upper floor room overlooking the pool with a private balcony and also overlooking the large very populated public beach directly across the street. Not much reason to sit in the room for too long anyway, also forget the bedroom with no tv just open the fold out bed in the living room with the tv and the balcony

Propre, pratique et chaleureux
Nous sommes allés dans ce petit hotel en famille et avons loué deux chambres, elles étaient propres et très pratiques, nous avons fait un bbq dehors, avons marché dans le quartier, l'épicerie est à quelques pas de l'hôtel. La réception n'est pas ouverte 24 Hrs, quand on le sais on s'arrange en conséquence. Un endroit très propre et pratique pour une famille dans la vallée...

The motel is older but fairly well kept up. The rate per night at peak season is reasonable and the location is perfect if you plan to use Boyce-Gyro beach. The motel has a nice swimming pool and is fairly close to restaraunts and bars.

The room was basic, but comfortable. There was lots of hot water and water pressure in the shower. There is a lounge next to the hotel. There were lots of ants crawling on the hotel room floor.

Thank you for your review. I am happy you found our units comfortable. We have a contract with Orkin who come in monthly to spray for spiders, ants etc, depending on the season. I have had no other guests to date make any similar complaint. Some of the units are outside entrances so it possible for the outside to come inside but we definitely do not have an ant problem. I hope you come and stay with us again.

Nice hole close to hospital and restaurants.
We enjoyed our stay as we needed to be close to the hospital and your hotel took our little dogs no problem. There is a park across the street and it was very convenient for our dogs. The staff is very friendly and we will recommend your hotel to our friends. There are also a lot of restaurants near by and this was also very convenient. Thank you.
