Unfortunately we had lost a couple hot water boilers during your stay and the hotel was having great difficulties keeping up with the hot water demand and repairs during your stay. This is by no means an excuse and hope that in future we are able to handle these problems more effectively. Dear Josh,Thank you for your feedback on your stay with us. I looked into your comments and the mattress in that room is only 8 months old. I will definitely have my maintenance person take a thorough look to ensure that it is still solid and replace it immediately if it is found to be needed. I appreciate you bringing it to my attention and hope you will stay with us again!

Thank you for the positive review Joel, I would like to start by apologizing for not only the 1st time but the 2nd issue with bed quality. This has been a improved amenity in the hotel as of early December that will continue in January to replace and change existing beds to brand new ones for the enjoyment of our guests. aside from the beds I am happy that the rest of your stay was great. For future if you would prefer please reach out to the hotel and ask for myself or any other staff directly to be placed in some of our newer renovated rooms. This will help ensure a newer bed.
