Really recommend this hotel. Their staff are all friendly and fluent at English. And its location is quite convenient, you can reach big camera, convenient store, shopping mall and jr station within 5-8 minutes.

Hotel is located right next to Okayama Station, level 2 of the hotel is connected to the station directly. Despite being next to a train station, the room is quiet and well isolated. I was offered to upgrade my room for ¥3000, and this room is spacious! If they offer you to upgrade at this price, just take it - you will not regret. Room is clean. Hotel provided me with disposable tooth brushes and tooth paste, disposable shaver blade and shaving cream, combs, cotton buds and cotton pad. Hotel staff are friendly. You can leave your luggage with them before your check in time. They will bring your luggage to your room once the room is available.

The hotel itself is connected to Okayama Station, so it's very convenient and has so many dining options both in and around the hotel. The room was spacious, but the furniture and fixtures seem outdated. I'd like to give a special thanks to Mr. Cho, who spoke a very good English and resolved the issues that I've brought to the hotel's attention in quick, efficient and courteous manners. His above-and-beyond service made my stay more pleasant and a top-notch service that's hard to see even in Japan.

We chose this property for 2 reasons, based on travelling with children (aged 6 and 8); It was close to the train station, as we were commuting on trains a lot. That aspect was fantastic. It was easily accessible straight from the station. We also favoured the swimming pool for the kids to let off some energy. But we weren’t made aware in anything upfront that it costs 1,200yen for all hotel guests (adults/children) to use the pool. That was very disappointing. Plus, the beds are incredibly hard. Both my wife and I struggled with how firm they are - we didn’t sleep well.

Extremely comfortable and perfect location
Slightly older hotel, but spotlessly clean, large comfortable room. Excellent breakfast buffet but you may have to wait. Great service at reception and a very warm welcome. Best thing? It's right at the JR station making it the perfect stop over.

Nice hotel, room size was okay but clean and tidy. Staff was friendly and very helpful. 3 min walk from hotel to Okayama station, so super convenient and there a lot of shopping and dining options nearby.

Located by Okayama Station East exit. Easy access to trains, buses & trams. About 20-min walk to Omotecho shopping street from station. Plenty shops & restaurants nearby as well. The hotel preserves a traditional old fashioned design & services. Huge lobby area which is a plus. Staff are kind & welcoming. Our room is clean & very spacious. It has plenty of space for us to move around & for our luggage. The only comment I have, is the outdated features of the bathroom. Overall, it’s a pleasant stay.

In the guest rooms, the sound travels from the floors above. You can hear and feel the vibration from people walking on the floor above you. Not conducive to sleeping.

very convenient location adjacent to the main JR train station and convenient to shopping, food shops, convention center, and entertainment. Upscale hotel with well equipped rooms. The most terrible experience I have ever had at check-in, so I cancelled my stay right on spot. They asked me for my proof of covid negative which I had inside my suitcase. They asked me to open my suitcase in front of the checkin counter in front of people. All I wanted to do was to leave my suit case at the hotel before heading to my meeting, but they insisted I check in first and asked me to get my proof of negative result. It was beyond embarrassing. I opened my suit case and there were my undergarments and some hair products got out of suitcase, it was chaotic. I will never ever book with this hotel ever again.

High class, elegant experience
We stayed at this hotel during a road trip across the Chugoku region, so we were staying at low-cost hotels for most of the trip. We were very surprised when we came to this hotel. This hotel is so elegant, I honestly felt underdressed just standing in the lobby. We may have accidentally ruined the aesthetic - other guests sort of looked at us sideways - but the staff were so kind and helpful and always made us feel welcome. The accommodations were clean and very comfortable, the location was excellent - it's right next to the train station - and the underground parking was very convenient and affordable.
