This hotel is an old Ford Motor Co factory, which gives it some historic industrial charm. That was unfortunately overshadowed by abysmal communication/customer service from the staff. Like checking in at 3:40pm and room is not ready. They take my phone number and tell me they will let me know when room is ready. We return to hotel after 9pm—and they still hadn’t communicated with me. Room has a broken fridge, which despite repeated asking about, was never remedied nor explained to me. Hotel has no ice. Took several tries to get enough towels and a refill of the empty shampoo bottle mounted in the shower. Upon checking out, the bill was incorrect. They tried to fix it and print me a new copy but for some reason were unable to. They say they will email confirmation of the corrected bill to me ASAP, which now 12 hours later I still have not received. We stay in a lot of hotels and none in recent memory have been this frustrating.
