The front desk staff and one other gentleman that was mopping the lobby were so nice and helpful, they seemed to really care about their job. The first room we were given was still dirty and when we returned to the front desk, the clerk seemed embarrassed that her computer system had incorrect data on the availability of that room and was very apologetic. She then had the gentleman mopping go check 3 other rooms to make sure that they were clean while she helped another guest. He returned with a cheerful attitude to let us all know that they were clean. We were given another room, it was clean EXCEPT for the hand towels that had been left drying on top of the shower curtain. No big deal, we just took them down, but I think housekeeping might need some additional help or possible coaching on quality work. This is an older property so it’s kept as clean as possible, there were rust stains in the shower and stains on the couch.
