I didn’t like that they keep charging my card for 20.00. They charged it 4 times. And I got my room through Expedia.

It was easy to get a luggage cart and get to the elevator. Rooms are clean and cozy.

It was ok. Not what i expect from staying at Hilton. Some good and some bad staff. Poor attention and care for breakfast- and building is showing signs of aging wallpaper coming off, etc…

I would not suggest staying at this property floors were disgusting stained tub was stained with a blood loogie or what look to like some kind of bloodstain staff was very Rude kicked my Daughters and I out on Christmas Day 1500 miles from home and charged as full price

Drinking housekeepers 😂
The staff at the front desk was amazing! The housekeepers we drinking beers as they clean the rooms ! Things are a bit out dated and worn out but it was a ok stay

Staff helpful and knowledgeable. Full breakfast included. King room with sofa bed at standard rate. We were comfortable and bonus perk - I love hot tea before bed, included at the front desk available 24-hours.

Good service, good stay, good value for the price
We were a family of 3 (1 8yo) who reached late at night. The lady at the front desk was super helpful, quick to set us up, and even assisted us in getting the luggage organized on the bellhop cart - which was great since our son was fast asleep and had to be carried, too. The room was clean and the amenities were as advertised. The breakfast area was roomy and the breakfast had all the variety we can expect from a continental breakfast and was filling. We will definitely stay here if we are going through the area.

The room was very clean and quiet throughout the night. I enjoyed the breakfast which was delicious. I would certainly recommend the Hampton in Edmond. I plan to stay there on my next trip to Edmond.

Bathroom was dirty, soap spots on sink and faucets, shower curtain liner was brown at the bottom and smelled like mildew, no plugs near the bed, no conditioner, wallpaper falling off the walls, fan in bathroom making a constant noise even when turned off. Horrible stay and I’m very mad that it cost me $134.

This is probably the worst Hampton Inn I’ve ever stayed in. The main part of the hotel looks fairly updated and clean. The rooms were another story. Our first room, the bathtub was so rusted out that giant chunks of the enamel were flaking off. We requested a new room which the front desk quickly took care of. Our new room smelled like a gym bag. But to be honest most of the hotel smelled like mildew and the room was otherwise mostly clean so we just dealt with it. The bathroom again looked like they had salvaged the tub and shower from somewhere condemned, but not as bad as the first room. While the desk staff was nice, you can tell nobody really knows what’s going on. We had a few issues with our keys not working and we got a call on our first day (had booked 2 nights) asking us if we were checking out soon. Like they didn’t know we were staying two nights. It was kinda odd. The breakfast was fine, nothing out of the ordinary for a hotel breakfast. My husband used the gym and said it was fine, apart from how awful it smelled. Convenient location right off 35. I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Be sure to tell them you already paid
Although I booked and paid on hotels.com, they charged my card the full price at check in and even yesterday were like “oh well, I can’t fix it, you’ll just have to give it 3-5 days, promise, if you ask again I’ll just tell you the same thing”. So 7 days later I have still not yet been refunded. My card company is aware, so I think it will get done one way or another, but it can’t be that hard at check in to see a guest has already paid

We made a reservation from Tuesday of last week. Paid for it. Arrived at the hotel after a 550 mile drive, to hear that the hotel had a "computer issue", and our reservation was cancelled. Thank God there was a La Quinta close by, whose computer worked.

The front desk staff were great. Downhill from there. The bathroom looked as if under construction—rough painting, frayed towels, mold, etc. Of course everyone’s Cars were broken into and some had windows smashed. The hotel badly needs some upgrades.

The staff at the front desk are absolutely fantastic. When I called to make sure everything was set up because just because the internet says confirmed isn’t always true, the lady that answered the phone was amazing and actually a total pleasure to speak with!

Things are not being maintained. Things are not being cleaned. (Water lihk under bathroom sink. Grubby carpets in all hallways and elevator. No AC in elevator.) Night clerk very welcoming. Morning clerk very arrogant. Oatmeal for breakfast hadn't been cooked yet. No milk. No assistance.

Housekeeping and preparing the room could improve. Found hairs in the bathroom and bedding. Staff were friendly and happy to remedy lack of items in the room (standard toiletries, soap, etc.) when I went to the desk. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast good as expected. Location convenient to highway access. Parking area will lit, but not enough spaces.

The bathrooms are well dated and worn and both times I stayed there within a week, the shower had a SLOW drain and both times they were dirty.
