Bob, I am glad that you found my staff friendly. I do apologize about the smell, our pool is located on the 1st floor, and at times, it does give the lobby a chlorine smell if it had been in use. Guest do travel from the pool through the lobby area towards their room. I hope that you can forgive us for that.

Jamie, My apologies for your stay, we try to do our best here to make sure all guest have a wonderful stay. As far as the elevator smell, Oklahoma has legal medical marijuana and that could simply be from being in the elevator behind someone whom had smoked outside and headed back to their room . Also, I know this might sound like an excuse, but during your stay, we were sold out with softball teams. We thought we had prepared for the additional towels that sometimes goes with young ladies, but we were unprepared for the amount of dirty towels that were just stored in rooms. After checkout, we found piles of dirty towels in rooms were "do not disturb" signs were used, guest asked for more towels , but never returned any dirty towels. If you have time, please reach out to the hotel, speak to my assistant Brandi or myself Emerson and let us see what we can do.Once again, please except my apology, Sincerely,
