I am sorry for any problems that you had. The elevator is down right now we are working to get it fixed. We do have a pool but it is outside and closed for the season. Unfortunately we can not change the price or give discounts on prepaid reservations through 3rd party like Expedia.

Hi Crystal,A hot Summer with a little unusual rain has made August a challenge with crickets this year! So sorry it made the hot tub experience unpleasant. The staff is constantly cleaning and removing them, but, for a few days in the Summer, the crickets can be a nuisance. I hope you enjoyed your stay otherwise. Thank you for choosing my hotel.
