We used to stay here every time we came to visit our daughter at OU but it’s really gone downhill. The room door key reader didn’t work and the bathtub shower curtain was extremely moldy. If they would just put a little TLC into the property it would be fine.

A few maintenance issues... main entrance door of room was not securing when leaving room. The entrance card reader was not working properly it took too long to get green light...to access entry on rear entrance.... i didt reported this issues...

The room smelled horrible. Like dirty feet. It was an awful smell. Also breakfast was sub par. Should have paid a little extra for more comfortable accommodations elsewhere.

The only problem was the bottom sheet was stained and there was a food crumb there as well. My husband asked for clean sheets and the woman at the front desk said we could put them on. We couldn't believe she said that!! We wouldn't so she gave us another room. Otherwise the room looked nice and appeared clean. We that know thar hired help is hard to get.

My friend and I booked, via Expedia, La Quinta by Wyndham hotel in Norman, Oklahoma. Flying from Europe and planning to stay for 10 days, we selected this hotel as a suitable location. I lived in Norman for twenty-five years, and I am very familiar with the city. I made two itineraries due to my initial error in schedule, overlooking that arriving from Europe to Oklahoma, happened the same day and not the day after. Therefore, both rooms for my friend and I were reserved for March 1st, 2024 with the check-out on March 2nd, and the other itinerary was from March 2nd to March 10th, 2024. Upon our arrival after 24 hours on the road, flying and driving, we were given two rooms –one on the first floor for me and the second on the second floor for my friend. I asked if we needed to check out on March 2nd, but the receptionist said NO-you will stay in the same room. Great and thank you, I said. Tomorrow I was running errands all day and in the late afternoon I could not get into my room. My door card did not work (no, I did not keep it next to my cell phone). I got a new one from the receptionist (different person) and when I entered, the room was empty! And that was the moment I introduced Ms. Valerie Owings--Operations Manager from Hell. She said that due to some errors, my luggage was “packed” and they checked me out of my room. They “packed” my stuff in the suitcase, and all I had in the bathroom was in the trash: a hairbrush (both in Germany), toothbrush, toothpaste, mineral su

Everything on the property needed to be cleaned. The floors hadn't been swept, trash in the elevator at check-in and still there the next morning.

The room was a bit tired and the beds were pretty soft. The front desk people were wonderful. We got help from multiple clerks working the front desk and they were all really great. The breakfast was really bad. If you are going to advertise breakfast you need to add a bit more than what you had. White bread, stale cereal, sugar filled yogurt and bruised fruit is not a breakfast anyone should have to eat.

The room was a good size and appeared to be clean. The beds were very comfortable. I felt the hotel was clean until I wiped up a spill under the lobby coffee pot and the floor was filthy. The breakfast was lacking. Not much variety but enough if you weren't very picky or hungry.

Our room was never cleaned or refreshed in our 3 day stay there. Also the gym facilities lacked water, towels, and cleaning wipes. The gym equipment appeared to never have been cleaned in our 3 days there.

We stay at this property anytime we are in Norman. It is very convenient to I 35. The staff is efficient and courteous. The rooms are very predictable. The breakfast could be a little bit more elaborate , but that is all.

This property is close to OU, which is nice. When first walking in, the hotel is modern, the staff were very friendly, and the room was nice. However, I started to notice that the linens weren't clean in our room - something red on the white bedspread, smudged hand towels and bath mat. Kind of gave me the heebes. Too bad, too, because otherwise it was a nice place.

This hotel has a very lager homeless camp behind it. The homeless come through at night and steal out of peoples vehicles. They stole a yeti cooler out of my brothers truck , and when I confronted the homeless guy he pulled a knife on me and said he would kill me. They have no security cameras there and do not care for your safety. Stay far from this place as your stuff will be stolen and you could lose your life.

I booked this room because my father had a medical procedure that required us to be at the hospital very early the next morning and we live a couple hours away. He had an appointment the day before (also very early). I called to see if it would be possible to get an early check in. The staff was so friendly and accomodating and told us that we could come in at any time and they would make sure our room was ready. That was very much appreciated during a stressful time.

I stopped here due to a winter storm and was happy to find a room at a nice rate. The room was very good, but there was only one person working, and nobody was around to de-ice the property for safety. The main covered entrance was closed, so I had to use the side door/area that was slicker than an ice rink and I fell hard. I'm very sore, but it could've been much, much worse.
