AC did not work in room 109 and we were moved to room 105. AC didn’t work in that room either. Room 105 needs to have quite a few repairs in the bathroom. Room 109 has rust in the tub. Breakfast was good.

The room was not cleaned properly( there was old trash and items from the previous person), and was not notified that the pool and gym was out of order which was a main reason why I booked this hotel.

The pool was closed due to a "Pipe broke". The property was in decent conditon, but not the cleanest. Lots of dogs in the hotel which people should be aware of. I came out of our room with my 2 yo grandson and a person with 2 large dogs was outside our room and had to reign them in to keep them off my grandson. just be aware

Doing a roadtrip from east coast to west coast. Made reservations at the last min. I brought my dogs and they were very accommodating. Room was clean, breakfast was alright. The new girl at the front desk was very friendly and super nice.. she is a trooper. Someone called in and she ended up working a double shift. And she was doing a great job. Thank you

I specifically booked this property because it listed an indoor pool! I had 2 kids that were only wanting to swim. Had the whole evening planned around swimming. Well got there and checked in to dind out the pool was broke. And had been beoke for 2 weeks. I was bery disappointed.

We did not stay because the pool was not in service. However, the check in staff was so nice and understanding.

The presidential suite is by far my favorite. Steve was working over night and training a new girl, but he still managed to get everything done within 15 minutes after I reserved the room and arrived at the front desk. 10/10.

Overall, satisfied with our stay. Room size and the sleeping spaces accommodated our family well. The property is a little older so there were areas of rust in/around the bathroom and we found 1 bed bug on one of the beds halting the need to extend our stay. Other than that, the staff was amazing, breakfast was pretty good in comparison to the hotel that we transferred to, the location was convenient. Thanks!

I wish saying that this was the worst experience I've ever had in a hotel was a joke, but alas, it is not, and it has ensured I will never book with a La Quinta ever again. 1) we checked in and the clerk said he tried to run our card earlier in the evening when we weren't there, and it was declined, so we had to provide a different card or pay cash because that card can no longer be used. (Called bank the next day and card is fine...?) 2) Every day, we had to go back down to the reception desk and have our card for the room changed because it no longer worked. 3) we got room service on Tuesday but Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday nothing. We asked about it on Sunday morning and our room was so passive aggressively cleaned that day, it was comical. The beds had literally just had the blankets and sheets thrown on them, new cups had been tossed onto the microwave, and all the towels (including the clean ones) had been taken. 4) Sunday, I get an alert from my bank that the hotel has charged my card. Um, we paid cash at check in. Oh apparently the first guy told us the wrong amount and my card got charged for the difference without ANYTHING being said to us... and they charged the card that was declined and was said that could no longer be used. I will say, the shining spot of this hotel at the moment is the woman who works in the afternoon/early evening. She was absolutely wonderful, and so apologetic by the end.

Right from the start it was a terrible experience. I waited over 45 minutes to get checked in. I ended up having to pay additional fees even though I pre paid for my room. The room was dirty and not well maintained. I will not be back.

Good and clean overall
The hotel was clean and updated, Howe the bathroom has several areas that has water damage and hasn’t been fixed and the bath faucet leaked a lot while showering which limited the pressure in the shower. Otherwise we loved the split living and sleeping areas in the king room. And nothing to do with the hotel itself, but the person in the room above us stomped very loudly (sounded like they were jumping off the bed) around the room until well after midnight which kept us awake.

The staff was very nice. However, it seems it has been let go a bit in the room department. Our bath mat was not only badly stained, with what looked like blood, but actually was worn clear through the middle making a large hold in the center of the mat. One of the curtains had a stain that looked like blood too. It was a bit disconcerting. The breakfast was good and hot with very friendly staff attending.
