The property was old and dirty. I could hardly sleep because I was worried. We will not stay there again. The free breakfast was horrible. Coffee maker was broken, there was nothing but cold cereal but there was no milk.

When showing the rooms available, 8 different rooms with different bed situations were shown and each once said breakfast included. Once we checked in we were told they do not provide breakfast. Also, the lock on the door was broken and only a small chain was available to secure the door.

This was, by far, the worst hotel I have ever stayed. The pictures on your website are not anywhere close to the actual hotel. The room smelled like mold due to the fridge that leaked because the door wouldn’t close on the fridge. There was mold all in the shower; so much so, that I refused to take a shower. The ceiling tiles on the bathroom were sagging due to water damage; the pool was green and closed, and the dead bolt simply spun around and did not lock. Due to the fact I was exhausted, I stayed the night. However, I would not even consider subjecting my family to another night. I would ask that the second nights charge be refunded. You need to take this hotel off of your options, as it truly should be condemned!

The room was clean but door did not lock, there was no coffee pot in the room, no breakfast as advertised, the pool was closed, there was no internet, no leisure chair in the room

Bed was extremely comfy. You can tell they are slowly fixing things and updating! But like the ceiling in our room looked like it was falling in from previous leaks. But the bathroom was EXTRA nice and the water pressure amazing. If you are boojie im sure you can find things wrong but they are working on this. Need to clean up their clientele though...

We booked this hotel based on the Hotels.com list of amenities of a indoor pool and breakfast included. They had NEITHER and I should get a refund for this stay. They said that they could refund my payment but that I'd have to find another hotel in the pouring rain! At one time in history, this was probably a luxury hotel and would have been an amazing conference center. There's a huge open patio area near the pool and large fountain, NEITHER of which was operational. So one reason I made the rez was basically a lie. There was water in the pool but the gates were padlocks shut with signs saying closed. On check-in, I asked about breakfast time and the manager said that they no longer offer breakfast, with the excuse that they had a rainstorm several weeks and the roof leaked in many places. I looked in the breakfast area and everything looked just fine; I think it was just an excuse to save money. So I asked about coffee and he said that they don't even provide coffee! As we walked to our room, many of the rooms along the way had Xs on the doors, which I'm guessing was because they're unusable. When I showered, I had to stand in the tub with water from my husband's shower as drain was plugged; black mold on shower curtain. Paint peeling off walls. Along the hall, there were many insects on the floor which was not recently swept. Even the laundry room was lame; the detergent machine said it was out of order. This hotel should be removed from Hotels.com.
Tub would not drain when we showered.
Mold on shower curtain is probably a health hazard.
Dead bug in our room.
Peeling paint.

The room was nasty, the door barely read the key card after several minutes, water in the bath was brown no do not disturb signs in room.

Advertised a pool Pool was closed, advertised continental breakfast and no breakfast provided, very outdated, water all over the floors, smell of mildew. Did not stay the night driving home now 350 miles as I type this

Just OK
Challenging to review this one. Elements of the room were quite nice and felt new; however, other elements felt quite old. Overall facility is a bit rundown and do for a update and renovation. A good coat of paint would help a lot. Staff were friendly. Lots of dead bugs in hallways that could be cleaned up.

The gentleman at the desk was very nice and polite. The room was dirty and the roof was leaking so bad the carpet outside my room in the common area was soaked all the way down the hall. There was bugs in the bathroom. Not one or two but several. The a/c was so loud it was hard to sleep. I realize that cannabis is legal there but good lord does everyone smoke it? I could smell it everywhere. Definitely should have stayed somewhere else.

Better inside then out !
When you pull up it looks like the place is closed. We pulled around the side and saw cars before we left. Once inside the front desk guy was very nice. The pool was closed and we didn’t stick around for breakfast. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower was awesome. I would stay again.

I was supposed to be in a non-smoking room. It was not. I got in late and had to open the doors to let us air out and turn on the bathroom vent. When I went to talk to the front desk this morning and called the number posted when I left this morning there was not answer.

Looks can be deceiving.
Even the though the front of the Motel looks deserted it is a very nice and clean motel. The inside court yard and indoor pool are very nice and inviting.

The coffee maker in the room had the wrong filter inserts so I was not able to take advantage. The hotel states free hot breakfast but yet there was no breakfast. The juice machine broken, completely out of milk. The only thing in the breakfast area was bread. Very dissatisfied

Rooms were dirty and smelled. The first room they gave us smelled and had to have a floor fan to air out the room. The second room was smoky smelling and the bathroom sink would not drain! Breakfast was awful and had very little actual food . We will never stay at a DAYS Inn or Wyndham again! We just can’t trust them to be safe or clean! How cheap can be?

This property is well below average for Days Inn. The room had an unpleasant smell, the walls were dirty and had marks, and the carpet had paint stains in front of the sink. In addition, I was not informed that the property REQUIRES a $50 damage deposit at time of check in and it takes up to a week for you deposit to be refunded. When making a reservation, this additional fee should be show on the Expedia website. I have yet to receive my deposit credit to my credit card but will certainly will notify you if do not get the refund. I am currently at the Days Inn in Needles, CA and this location is far and above the Henrietta, OK location. Whoever does inspections for the Days Inn corporate has much work to do to improve this OK location.
