nice hotel, nice food, too far from moscow center
people at restaurant dont speak english, but the food and service is good

Comfortable clean but a bit too far from city, and no lift .... but the staff is helpful to bring up the luggage ... appreciate it

Silky way has AMAZING customer service. They are a bit southeast of the main action, but an amazing host nonetheless.

Hôtel propre dans un environnement difficile
le spa doit être réservé à l'avance et les possibilités sont très réduites car souvent il est réservé par des companies ou personnes e xtérieures à l'hôtel pas de possibilité de faire des footings à l'extérieur car zones industrielles fermées

Sehr guter Service - Tolle Mitarbeiter
Wir hatten geschäftlich auf der MAKS2015 (Moskau Airshow) zu tun und hatten uns deswegen für das Hotel entschieden. Für einen 14-tägigen Aufenthalt war es eine sehr gute Wahl. Die Lage war optimal, der Service im Hotel hervorragend, das Frühstück war sehr gut und abends haben wir das Restaurant sehr häufig genutzt und waren sehr zufrieden. Wir haben auch sehr viel Unterstützung bei alltäglichen Themen erhalten, z.B. der Buchung von Taxis, Frühstücksbeutel für die Reise, usw. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Comfortable rather quirky hotel
Stayed one Saturday night on the way to Siberia. Had tried to order to order a taxi from Domodedovo in advance from the hotel via Trip Advisor and also by phone but failed. Finally (over 90mins journey time) arrived to find wonderfully noisy wedding in full swing. Reception lady friendly but with very limited English. Comfortable clean room on the 3rd floor (with no lift) and just above the music below. No tea making facilities but available at a reasonable price from room service. Music stopped promptly at 10.30pm after which a quiet night. Breakfast was OK but unremarkable.
