The twins who checked in my friends and me were so personable and helpful. Big kudos to them. I like the location of the hotel in that it sits back from the road and the interstate and is tucked in behind a (very handy) gas station and McDonald's, plus being walkable to shopping and restaurants. The hotel breakfasts are substantial and good for the most part. Excellent refrigerator in the room, too. That said, there was some sort of construction going on while we were there but we were not informed about it, and a result of the construction several times both elevators were indicated to be closed, which was disappointing since I recently injured my knee. Also, the hotel has been there long enough that there is some shabbiness beginning to appear -- wallpaper peeling in spots, paint chipping, etc. These things won't necessarily stop me from staying there but are things that will need to be addressed sooner rather than later.
