Good afternoon, sorry you did not feel safe on arrival, i have checked all camera,s and only see 2 members of staff and 2 guest outside non which was in pyjamas or dressing gowns, also their was 2 of you, both men so cannot see how that would make you feel not safe.kind regards.

Good afternoon, thankyou for your review. The towels are changed every day as your room is done as a stay over each morning so we would not provide extra when checking in. We ask for the dirty towels back before replacing with clean as all the linen is counted and we need to know what we have vs what is going out to be laundered. If you were not getting hot water due to gurgling noises that tells me there was an air lock in the pipes and is no fault of tyhe hotel, but if you would have spoke to reception about this they would have been more then happy to have helped you or change your room for you. We do not offer cheap service our staff remain professional at all times and try to give the best customer service they can to guests. Our standards do matter, but passing judgment on homeless people rather then looking at it in a way that atleast young children and families have somewhere safe to stay? Our standards do matter and ALL guests follow the same rules and regulations while staying with us. im sorry you could not atleast point out one good quality about our hotel. Regards 247Hotel

Good evening, the fire alarm did go off and once it was investigated to ensure there was no fire it was turned off straight away. There was no hot water as the boiler had burst, this is completly out of the control of the hotel and nothing we could have done could prevent it. As a buisness the boiler and alarm situation were all managed in a timely fashion following protocal. im sorry you seem to think we have control over boilers breaking but we do not. We are sorry this affected your stay but it was out of our control and can only appologise. regards 247Hotel
