Personal sehr freundlich. Es gab Probleme mit dem Generallichtschalter, weil der auch die Steckdosen ausschaltete, was z.B. über Nacht negativ ist, weil ich wegen Schlafapnoe eine C-Pap-Maske tragen muss und Strom brauche, aber nicht bei Licht schlafen will. Sonst alles super, tolles Frühstück.

Great location. Not so comfortable stay.
Big room. Some nice touches like a large bathroom with separate shower and tub. Good amount of storage. No fridge, no AC, lobby smells. Great location! Decent breakfast. Extremely loud if you have people above you. Couldn’t rest or sleep.

Nice, but check the mattress and no AC
After a bad night on a worn out mattress with springs sticking into my back, I was given a different room with new mattresses. Check your mattress before you unpack. There was no air conditioning. If you are coming in hot summer months, beware. We at least had a fan in the second room. The hotel was clean and nice, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is good for local sights.

Great location, unclean cups
The cups and spoons were not clean. The water kettle was dirty, perhaps due to the quality of tap water. The location is convenient to campus and town center.

Great location, lovely friendly and helpful staff. Nice big room, possible need for hallway carpets to stop late arrivals waking people up!

Cambiare la prenotazione ha comportato una spesa non giustificata. La camera non era Deluxe, era una normalissima camera con anche odore sgradevole nel bagno. Il mio soggiorno era di una sola notte ma non prenoterò mai più con Expedia.

I would not stay again in Arigone hotel. For the price any pension would be better. Bed was small with uncomfortable sheet, (winter type but in june). The mat wasn't confortable either. When I ask the receptionist about parking in front of the hotel, she was not friendly at all... Finely she proposed me to park the car in the hotel parking but I cannot say the the staff was so nice which may be due to managment. I was expecting way better from the picture and pricing.

Dear Nicolas, thank you for your review, we appreciate it. Concerning your room - you reserved the SGL type of room in hotel part (not a pension), the size of beds are standard. Concerning the parking - you prefere to park on the street, after the receptionist got known about your preference to incl. parking to the invoice, you were informed that it is not possible with street parking (charged by sms ticket) and in this case is better to park your car in our parking lot and so you did without any problems. Great location only a block from the upper square of Olomouc. Room was clean, quaint and well decorated. We arrived early and they locked our luggage for us and we were able to explore the town! Breakfast was standard for Czech Republic but no coffee or tea options while in the room. WiFi only accessible in the lobby and dining areas. Overall, a very nice stay and would stay again!

We had a pleasant stay. The receptionist was very helpful and this is the only place with free parking!

Fab hotel and amazing location.
My stay at Hotel Arigone was fantastic, easy to get to from Olomouc train station, the staff were very friendly and spoke excellent English. Check in was quick and easy and the room was fab. I had a single room, which was quite large, with a wooden beamed ceiling. The shower was lovely and the bed was very comfy. They take your comfort seriously, also had what looked like an antique chair to relax in. The breakfast was plentiful, with lots of different foods to choose from. The location is incredibly close to the old town squares and lots of good restaurants and historical sites. If i stay in Olomouc again I would definitely book the Hotel Arigone. The staff even helped arrange a taxi back to the train station and looked after my luggage when i popped back to the Christmas markets before i left.

Moderní hotel v krásném prostředí
Nový a moderní hotel v krásném prostředí historického centra. Součástí některých pokojů je výřivka a sauna, ale tyto pokoje je lepší pronajmout si jen na několik hodin, a bydlet ve standardních pokojích.

Comfortable and pleasant
Comfortable with local flair- you really feel like you’re in Olomouc even inside your room. Staff were courteous, professional and helpful with my questions. Very clean. Nice location right off the old square and plenty of restaurants nearby.
