수영장이 있어 아이들이 놀기에 좋았으며 해변을 바라보는 뷰가 있어서아주 만족스러 웠습니다.
최신식 고급 아주 안락한 시설이라고는 할 수 없어요. 왜냐하면 리조트가 설립된 지 다소의 시간이 걸렸기때문입니다. 객실/호텔 청결도 : 객실과 호텔은 다소 오래된 세월만큼 사용한 흔적은 있습니다. 허나 관리나 청소가 전반적으로 잘 되어 있어서 사용하는 데는 불편함은 없었습니다. 아이들과 가족여행으로 1박 사용했었구요 위치가 하버나 시내 쇼핑몰과는 가까워서 교통편의는 좋았습니다. 호텔의 전반적으로 청소는 잘 되어있었구요, 객실도 정리는 잘 되어있습니다. 서비스품질 서비스는 해안 인근 리조트이기에 도심의 고급 호텔의 서비스 만큼은 아니더라도 환대하는 서비스 직원들의 마인드나 미소, 친절한 인사는 여느 호텔들의 서비스만큼은 만족스러웠습니다. 서비스라 함은 상대방의 니즈를 찾아 그 니즈에 맞는 맞춤식 서비스를 제공하는 것이 바람직한 모습인데, 당해 호텔은 그러한 서비스를 잘 활용하여 제공하고 있습니다. 호텔편의시설 초등학교 자녀를 두고 있기에 제가 느낀 것은

Bed: Old and run down. Pool was dirty. Felt a bit deserted as well. No activities readily available. Lunch was mediocre. Mixed drinks at night were bad tasting. Because lunch was so bad we walked down the street to The Wild Orchid for dinner. Good. Rooms are large spacious with natural lighting. Bedding and pillows were good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Aussie Breakfast was delicious and well priced.

service was a disgrace waited over 1 hr for breakfast 30 minutes just to give me service water booked deluxe gave us a standard 1st night complained 2nd day changed rooms 2nd room was a deluxe and ok 1st night was like a back packers room rubbish nothing but problems there and staff couldn't care less i wouldn't let my dog stay there let alone people

The family room that we booked is much smaller than shown in the Expedia pictures. It will not accomodate more than 2 people. The doors are creaking and the rooms really need an upgrade. Sorry, for that price we would have expected a little bit better.

It was fun and relaxing. We enjoyed our stay. But hoping next time for a reasonable prices of the foods it is too expensive. But overall ee are satisfied and happy.

The views are the best part...but
Stay away from the restaurant... you’ll be disappointed. The restaurants service and delivery time for food is the worst I’ve come across! The staff ( who have no idea what they are doing) are over worked and under trained. The rooms are adequate, the stairs can be tiresome but the views are beautiful. (just don’t look to careful at the crap foaring in the water). Beds are comfortable, showers dirty.

Used to be much nicer
Good location - but has fallen into son disrepair. Also, the "Karaoke" was so very load the windows rattled. Staff was great, and the value was ok.

Good location , good wifi clean and helpful staff better than i expected food was bit expensive but had a good choice of asian food specially the currys most unsual in the phillippine this hotel not suitable for people with bad legs or disabled , staff not well trained but they did there best would give it 2 stars in my opinion is the best location of all the hotels in the area regarding location over the bay would stay again due to stairs

Lovely location overlooking Subic Bay
My wife and I have stayed here several times before over the years. The setting is as beautiful as ever but the resort can't seem to make up its mind as to who it's targetting for guests. The nightclub does generate a certain amount of noise and one day the staff decided to have a loud and impromptu karaoke session in the main eating area ( I complained about this ). In previous years the resort was an oasis of quiet but not so much now. The pool is still lovely but the rooms are beginning to show their age. Unfortunately the Sri Lankan chef has left so although curries are still on the menu they are not as good as before.

Hidden gem
Subiza was a big surprise. We did not expect a lot but they are clearly trying to step up the game with all service and they are very willing assist a traveller in any way. The location is very good and the view is fantastic. Beds are comfy but the rooms are not the biggest I have seen but good enough. They had Live music at night and I must say..What a surprise world class acts and the only thing missing was the crowd. Fantastic stay. would go there the next time.

very noisy room, (#4) next to the pool and maintenance area. Wait staff needed a bit more experience, front desk staff very polite and professional. No beach with the hotel.. the days I spent there, lots of families with young children were also visiting. So a bit noisy in the room by the pool. Spotty internet, not the place to be if you need or depend on the internet.. local area is great if you know baretto.. lots of water sports in the area..

Dissapointing room
Checked in with a friend. He got the economy room, I got the “superior” room as I wanted the advertised “queen size” bed. Very disappointed the bed was only a double bed, and room and the bed was same as my friends base room. Tried to get a upgrade to something nicer, but the upgrade price offer was way too much!! Only 1 key card, so air con won’t stay on if you go out for the day. Woke up with multiple bug bites on my body. Food was not good in the morning, especially since servers asked us for breakfast coupon, which we never received. Made us feel like we didn’t get the whole offer. End of the day, you get what you pay for. Hotel staff was friendly and tried to make our stay good. Security at night was great guy and the pool has an awesome view! I would suggest staying down the street at blue rock for less money. I thought the higher rating, would make this place the better stay, I was wrong.

LOUD! Live Music Outside of your Bedroom Door
They feature events several nights a week, where the music is played right outside of the hotel rooms. There's no escaping it. It's like trying to relax or sleep in a night club. Live bands, Karaoke, Zumba dancing; if you want peace and quiet, YOU DON'T WANT TO STAY HERE!

Would definitely not recommend to my friends!
The hotel's service was not very satisfying. When we entered the room, the air condition was not yet operated. The staff didn't make sure that the room was okay before the guests arrived. All I can say that the service was not worth it.

7:30 am I was awoken to a powered loud speaker 4 feet from my room evidently the signs saying 'observe silence' and the rule listed as 'keep your music in your room' does not apply to employees. They did resolve the issue but it set a bad tone from the first morning. Housekeeping is spotty at best and for over 6k for a 'king suite' there is no value for money at this hotel.

My recent booking to Subiza Hotel was disappointing and I feel the website is partly to blame for this. I use the website quite often and its normally pretty accurate with descriptions - not this time. I booked 3 deluxe rooms with multiple adults and children in each room. The rooms only had 1x double bed - I had to book an additional room and get a rollaway bed for another room with the third room using a cushion from a sofa outside the room for a child. Only 1 out of 4 rooms had any complimentary tea/coffee. We had to chase the hotel for towels for all rooms and only received two per room when most rooms had two adults and 1 or 2 children. The website shows over 200 photos of rooms on the website and only offers deluxe rooms - the hotel has 5 or 6 levels of accommodation available including family rooms and villas. Only offering one type of room and showing photos of ones not available is misleading as these photo show more than one bed. The hotel itself is very nice and well located. The pool is clean and the small children's pool is safe - our kids are 18mths to 6years.

bathrooms were not well maintained. Our first room had mold on the ceiling in the shower. Tile floor had large black stains on the tile. Asked for new room and it wasn't much better. At least no mold on shower ceiling. Rooms was spacious. Had mini frig, good aircon and TV. Poor wifi.

Comfortable resort in a beautiful coastal location
Generally a very enjoyable stay - my wife and I have stayed here several times before. The only downside was the level of service in the restaurant - the food was good ( especially the Sri Lankan curries ),but the service was oh so slow. Yes,it's always good to have freshly cooked food but there has to be a balance between that and having to wait an hour for it when there were few other diners. Also, the level of room cleaning was hit and miss - waste bins not always emptied ; coffee sachets and loo rolls not always replaced.
