I loved coming here for the indoor hot tub and swimming pool and the continental breakfast. Lately the hot tub isn’t working properly and there was a big clog in the bath tub.

We needed a place to overnight and this was easy and clean. Better breakfast than many places with eggs, potatoes, and sausage links. And the indoor pool and hot tub were very. I’ve after a long drive and open until midnight!

The room was comfortable and clean. The hot tub was warm enough, but the jets didnt work. We would have liked coffee with breakfast but there seemed to be a problem with the staff refilling it.

It is a great hotel. The room is one of the nicest rooms that I stay at. I stay at least night or two every week at different hotels. it is much better than Holiday Inn best Western three or any such hotel. The bathroom is great with everything in it.

This is my fourth time staying here and every time is just wonderful. Love the coffee all day, it’s always clean and the front desk staff is always so nice and accommodating. Will stay here again when I come into town next time. Thank you!

It was a nice place to stay. We were on the first floor with my children, which I appreciated. The room was clean, the pool was heated, and the breakfast was the freshest (sausage and potatoes and waffles) I've had in forever at a hotel. Hotel staff was very friendly. Thank-you for a nice stay.

I solely booked this hotel for the Hot tub. It was out of service and has been for a year according the the front desk clerk. The sign said was supposed to fixed on the 22nd, but looked like the just changed sign daily. Also, pool was over chlorinated. Very disappointed. So many better options...I just chose wrong.

My apologies about the hot tub! The hot tub was functional but the blower motor had gone out. We have one on order and it will be repaired as soon as we receive it. Not sure about the information about it being completely down for a long period nor a sign? Regardless, please know we are on it and it will be repaired as soon as possible. Have a great day!

Great place to overnight, just off the I-5 heading south. Very clean, excellent breakfast. It's kind of on a busy corner, so a little noisy, but would stay there again for sure.

I liked the Staff & Rooms, Coffee.and breakfast. I was gone most of the time but when I was at the hotel, I wasnt comfortable parking due to all the car thefts in Olympia/Lacey. Outside of that, it was a great experience!!!

2 hours after i checked in a maintainance person attempted entry for repairs to drapes, heater control cover. Thank god I had put the doorlatch across. He knocked and immediatly tried to push the door open before i could get off the bed to see who knocked. I used the iron, it looked like it had been dropped because the plastic around the cord base was broken. I left a note. Felt very much like the cheap seats room location, very close to freeway.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at the la quinta. The bed was sooo comfortable and had the softest comforter. I recommend (if you're booking late in the day and know the room isnt needed by someone) getting the wheelchair accessible room (at any hotel) The bathroom and shower and sometimes the room, are all bigger and the rate is the same and the non handicap room type. Staff was nice and very friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Quiet rooms. Didnt hear one neighbor or loud people in the halls. Price was decent, about average. Indoor pool was nice. Definitely recommend staying here!

Fire alarm went off at 3 AM in the morning and it took an hour to get clearance. Didn’t get much sleep. The elevators did not work, and I had a difficult time getting up the stairs.

there were issues with the tv. There was no remote in the room. The gal really tried to help. She gave me a remote and it didn't work. . Ittook mutiple tries but we FINALLY got the remote working, kind of. . I liked that the pool and spa were open until midnight. The free breakfast was good. everything was clean.

The room was not cleaned thoroughly as any other La Quinta I’ve stayed at. The bedding was dirty, upon request for housekeeping to replace sheets and blankets all that was done was the bed was made with the same dirty sheets and blanket. Was told that they probably didn’t change the bedding because stuff was on the bed (it was cleared off prior to us leaving that day) and it doesn’t add up to why the beds were made up if that was the case. Disappointed as we have always chosen La Quinta as a hotel when traveling, will not go again.

One bad apple
It's amazing how one person can ruin an entire business. One of the night clerks turned off the power to our room, because she was "checking the hall" after we came in. Then the next morning, after being soooooo rude the night before questioned about how long we were staying what room we were in etc. SERIOUSLY? Just because my husband looks indigenous you're going to come follow us to our room and then around thr hotel? There wss no one in the rooms on either side of us, so what is your problem???
