This hotel was definitely ok for the price. The staff was amazing. My only complaint would be I'm a person who has really bad allergies and asthma so my sleep wasn't the best because I'm allergic to dogs which, the room next to me had or that room had at some point. I think the she have separate floors for such conditions.

Dirty but nice staff.
The suite was small and not clean. Everything was sticky (floors, counter, couch), the pans and plates were dirty, and there were crumbs all over and even an eaten peanut butter cup on the floor by the couch. The customer service was excellent, though.

We booked our trip and seen there was a hot tub at the swimming pool. Many other hotels didn’t have a hot tub and to our disappointment the pool area must have been remodeled and they took the hot tub out of the area. Also, room smelt like spoiled milk when you stood by the dishwasher.

Breakfast was great. Staff was great. But there was a hole in the ceiling in main living/bed area. Carpet could used replaced. Pool area was very nice but tempera good be just a couple degrees higher.

We stayed here for one night on our way home from Colorado. The room was very clean. We stayed in the 2 bedroom king suite with 2 double beds, 2 bathrooms, a living area and full kitchen. Lots of space to spread out. Worked great when traveling with kids being able to have separate spaces. The breakfast was fantastic with a yogurt bar with toppings, fruit with whipped cream, bacon, eggs, potatoes and waffles. There was also the usual toast, bagel, english muffin but they were all individually wrapped. Would definitely recommend this hotel and plan to stay again if we make our way back to CO.

In town for the CWS. Love the kitchen/bedroom combo. Close to restaurants and shopping. Breakfast had a good variety. Pool area a bit smaller then we would have preferred. Overall a good stay!

The staff was friendly and efficient. The room smelled like dog urine, and the ottoman was missing 2 wheels, making it difficult to move. The pull out couch was very worn and uncomfortable to sit or sleep on. The breakfast was very good and I enjoyed the coffee that was available at all hours. For the price that we paid, I think the room was lacking.

The staff was extremely helpful & very accommodating. They went above & beyond for our family for my daughter's wedding weekend. I would recommend Staybridge Suites to anyone. The rooms are spacious & it felt as if we were staying in an upscale apartment for a very affordable rate. Thank you, Staybridge Suites!!! We are very impressed & will be returning.

One issue, resolved, everything else was great
The only issue we had was that there was a mix-up where they were going to charge me again for my stay when I'd already paid in full through hotels.com when I made the reservation. But that got resolved. Was a bit of a hassle I'd have preferred to do without, but they took care of it and it was fine. Everything else was great.

The property and management were incredible - I will definitely be staying here again the next time we are in town. The rooms are spacious, clean, and quiet. The only issue I had was not with the hotel itself but with Expedia. I had booked the room the day before we stayed here and paid in advance to Expedia. When I checked out - the stay was substantially cheaper than what I paid Expedia. I contacted Expedia about the discrepancy but their response was that the room rate was higher when I booked it one day earlier and that they would not refund me the difference. So - expedia is keeping what I paid above the actual room rate and I lost all of my reward points that I used with this booking as well. Never pay in advance!

Unfortunately I was charged for my room thru Expedia and again through the property when I checked in. They fixed it but $ tied up during my trip. Staff has breakfast in lobby which I find odd when coffee wasn’t replenished during breakfast hours; out of breakfast meat (they ate it all over the weekend I was told); nothing was consistent, would have been such an easy fix with training. Rooms need inspections and preventative maintenance. Look around shower door frame, cracks on ceiling, and towels were shorted. They had one bath towel at the desk. Pull out couch had no linen, blanket or pillow in room Typically, they’re in a clear bag on top shelf in closet. Called the desk, they were alone and couldn’t leave. I had to go to desk already in PJs to get bedding. Hair dryers are very poor quality. Property has so much potential but seems mismanaged in my opinion I know staffing is issue these days but managing should be easy fix. Hope they figure it out soon!
