Exceeded our expectations! Would go back in a heartbeat. We stayed in the luxury tent accomodation with 6 kids over the Christmas holidays and it was fantastic. The ammenities were 5 star, there were daily free activities for the kids. Two pools, mini golf, basketball court and tennis court. The go carts were the biggest hit across the stay to keep the kids active, the roads were safe for the kids to play on alone as the access to the park is restricted. The property is on the beach with a restaurant and bar next door. Also the luxury tents have 2 toilets and a second tv in the main bedroom. The tents have air conditioning which in summer is needed.

The cabin was nice, nothing fancy but clean and quiet. The reason to stay here is the closeness to a wonderful beach. Just a short walk to a beautiful sandy beach perfect for swimming and strolling along the sand. And not crowded either. Made for a fun time.

People out there are very friendly, very close to the beautiful beach and relax. Every thing is very close to the bars, restaurants, active for kids and shopping. It's good for family. One unfortunately, rug, floor and carpet is dirty when my baby was crawing on the floor and his garment is full of black dirty. They didn't mop the floor and didn't wash the carpet and rug. We will definitely go there again for family time.

Our family absolutely LOVED this holiday park!!! Our cabin was extremely clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The park is close to loads of activities and an easy walk/access to the beach, not to mention the endless ways to keep the kids entertained within the holiday park! We had the best weekend and cannot wait to come back. Would (and have already) recommend to family and friends. Thank you so much!

We arrived around 4.20pm after a long drive. My husband 79 was tired and needing to use the bathroom. I had already done an online checkin. The man at the desk was on the phone and my husband stood there for 20 minutes waiting for the man to finish the phone call. How utterly rude to leave someone standing there for so long. All he had to do was excuse himself from the phone call for a short moment to give my husband the key and map of the villa. We had travelled for over 2 weeks staying at different resorts and this was the only person that was so rude and arrogant. I certainly would not book in again to your resort.

What a lovely holiday park. I stayed in a cabin which was clean & had everything I needed. Easy access to the beach. Short drive to small town shops & restaurants. Staff were friendly & very welcoming. I stayed one night, on my own, but would highly recommend for family holiday. Thank you, I’ll be back 😁

The management especially the security staff at One Mile were insidious, ignorant, and quick to accuse of any wrongdoing to be terror toward everyone even if spoken words; making critical alarm of hearsay from rumour and any particular suspicion at all. the management expect you to follow a very long written list of rules that aren't displayed online and exclusively written to any undertaking accommodation - no warnings for any offence written or not, the management just issue ejection from the establishment by calling the cops on you and mention that they definitely saw this or definitely heard that no matter if who of offence understood that this was whatever something they were not reminded avoid doing, doubting that this kind of practice for problem may do even be considered fair policy - imho i'm the one who ought to be disgusted at the obvious fascism and nastiness of those who run this park!

It was such a pleasant stay with Ingenia Holidays One Mile Beach. Everything went smoothly. Kids enjoyed all the facilities provided free while staying ( swimming pool, jumping cushion, mini golf ... oh the greeting from George a talking cockatoo). Easy access to the beautiful beach. We are so glad that we chose the late checkout option. Will be our first choice when heading back to port Stephens.

The cabin was clean, but the fan didn’t work in the bathroom hence all cupboards warped and rusted. The shower was nice and hot but we couldn’t stop it dripping. The kitchen bench top had burn marks and the utensils were not clean. When first going into the cabin the bleach smell was overwhelming and we had to keep the door and windows open. It would have been nice to have a couch to relax on but there was no room. There was a small dining table with 4 chairs, a kitchenette and a queen size bed. There was another room with a bunk bed. If there were for people staying in this cabin it would be so cramped.
