Such an incredible experience for our family of four! The level of compassion, expertise and professionalism surrounding the care of the koalas is most impressive. The onsite facilities clean and very well equipped. Do not miss out on this memorable experience!

Excellent stay. We have a glamping just for a night and we enjoyed the pre-arrival calls and email making sure we can find the location well. Thanks to Alison for her great hospitality by phone as well as in person, also her tour in the morning about the Sanctuary. Highly recommend this place for anyone who wish to support their work as well as to enjoy a bit of relax atmosphere in Port Stephens.

Overall, I can't find any faults with this place. Communication was excellent from booking to the end of my stay. The staff is exceptionally friendly, and the place is meticulously clean and tidy. The sanctuary is thoughtfully designed and efficiently run. There's a wonderful sense of satisfaction knowing that your stay contributes to funding and sustaining the Koala Hospital.

Amazing customer service. All the staff went out of their way to making sure we enjoyed our stay. Ali was fantastic. Everyone seemed very happy about what they do.

It was lovely and quiet. The staff were very nice and helpful. Everything was perfect. The grouting between the floor tiles in our bathroom needed to be redone, it looked a bit mouldy. We couldn’t connect to the wifi from our room. The koalas were gorgeous. I would definitely recommend staying here and will be going back!

Great family stay
Amazing little family stay. Very spacious and great for a quiet getaway. Amazing to have the morning koala tour and then relax in the spa in the afternoon.

Could not recommend this stay enough. I attended with my grandmother and 2 young children (under 2). There was more than enough room for us all in the 1 Bedroom Deluxe. The grounds that the accomodation is on, are breaktakingly beautiful and staff were very welcoming snd attentive to our needs throughout our stay. This is an absolute MUST visit, if you are in the area.

I absolutely LOVED everything about our stay. All the staff where so incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful along with big friendly happy smiles. Our room and the environment was so lovely, clean and very well maintained. It was such a peaceful place to stay I would definitely go back and recommend to my family and friends. I also love everything they do to help save our koala’s and care for the injured.

The room was spacious and clean. The pool and heated spa were amazing. The koala sanctuary tour in the morning was certainly worth waking up for.

Pros: Nice surroundings, clean when first checking in Cons: Breakfast portion was extremely stingy, no proper daily cleaning, no laundry facilities, shower constantly going too hot or too cold

This is the second time we stayed at this place. It definitely didn’t disappoint. We loved the fact that it was away from the city centre and in a peaceful and tranquil part of Port Stephens.

Tranquil, boutique cabin accommodation in a beautiful bushland, yet just a few minutes drive away are beaches and local attractions. The staff were all super friendly and they have an excellent daily communication service via text messages, which means you can message through enquires at any time and get updates.

The glamping tents are amazing and are very clean. The staff are all amazing and seem to love their jobs. We highly recommend the guided tour of the koala sanctuary, you’re guaranteed to see koalas. And, after your tour, relax in the cafe for a lovely barista coffee

Was so impressed with our stay as I wasn’t expecting it to be so wow. We stayed in one of the tents with two adults and two Children and it was so spacious. The room was so clean and smelt new and fresh. The beds were so comfortable and the pillows were perfect. It was like being in my own bed! They also had complimentary snacks, drinks and cereals, milk, bread (and so much more) which was great. We got up early the next morning for the koala encounter (also included) which the kids enjoyed. There’s a pool with a small hot tub next to it. Wonderful! Would definitely stay here again. Well worth the money

The Koala Sanctuary is a wonderful new type of accommodation- ecotourism at its best! Combining the animal sanctuary with the well-equipped “glamping” tents is a perfect model for sustainable hospitality.

This was the first time we have stayed at Treescape and what a wonderful experience we had. Beautiful up to date modern rooms that where clean and comfortable. And best of all easy to get too
