방역을 하지 않는 모텔입니다. 빈대나 진드기 같은 벌레한테 수십군데 물렸어요
모텔 사무실에 항의 했더니 모텔비용을 조금 깍아 준다는 말만 하곤 아무 조치도 취하지 않더라고요

Easy and quick friendly welcoming check in , and low deposit , very comfortable bed , and room was older but was clean and had modern amenities, had great wifi , could hear some traffic and the sound of a few neighbors talking and could hear occasional other noise but nothing out of the ordinary , overall well priced for at least the midweek through expedia i would so far stay here again when i need a low cost all around decent clean efficient place to stay , the only thing i could really see is a potential parking problem but i had no problem myself getting a spot .

I would like to suggest that a reputable company like Expedia should vet properties more thoroughly and not list undesirable properties. Not in respect to long term lodgers but because no care is given the rooms or grounds. All rooms are smoked in and the smoke detectors disconnected. No climate control and no screens on applicable windows. I do take responsibility for the reservation but it was late and I was lost and nothing in new port beach or Costa Mesa should look and feel like that place

I believe they said breakfast included but they said after COVID they don’t do breakfast anymore. I have nothing to complain room is simple has all it states and there are a lot of bars near by and two walking distance.

This property was not good. They will not even let you in the lobby. Ironing board with no iron , I had to buy an iron !! I had called the front seat they said just wait and if and when someone checks out there may be an iron available. They had lost my reservation and then want Ed to know what I paid Expedia so they could charge me more. I do not recommend this place.

Avoid at all costs! False advertising, unsafe area and wired room setups. We were given 3 separate key cards that did not work, each time returning to front office to see if new set would work. In the end the manager had to use the master card to unlock and said she would need to replace the machine which did not happened, so we had no key cards to enter room. We were basically trapped. Spend a little more money and stay somewhere else

Only good was Bed & Floor. Rest of motel was very old and never cleans outside of parking lot. Their was broken bottles & trashs was spread all over. Front of rooms are nothing but pileup dust.

I guess you get what you pay for
Room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. Just a very low end experience. I guess you get what you pay for.

I will never stay there again I used to stay there all the time years back it was horrible dirty sheets and roaches in my pizza that I ordered terrible experience will never go there again

It is what it is....not much more .
Id be lying if I said this place was clean even a little bit or cause it's not and it's run down however the pics arent update on here and its much nicer than they show but still. The room are very large with new flooring and the beds are large and comfy. TV was big. Everything is just dirty though. I cleaned it myself .There are roaches. They allow dogs for $10.80 a day and honestly for what you are getting the price should be half of what it is. The location is great and the staff is kind and friendly. Deposit is $50. Great if you need something last second... People do live here and it can get noisy at night but if you tell them to be quiet they listen and that's nice. everyone here was kind . even the guy walking off with my luggage cart thingy was kind when I told him it was mine ...to give it back and he did and said sorry. lol. it is what it is ..

Not Good Not Bad
Out-dated furniture, shotty renovation work, and floors felt unclean. However, service was great! The sheets and towels were also clean. If you need a place to just crash for a night, it’s fine. But if you’re planning on a long stay and/or a lot of time in the room, not a good option.

The staff was amazing The rooms were remodeled But there were a lot of homeless staying there and hanging out in the parking lot You could smell the weed being smoked and you could hear the noise all night outside the room

When I reserved the room there said breakfast included and they didn’t have breakfast available, and we have to change the room because the smell of cigarettes was awful, so next time be clear if the place have or not breakfast or the amenities that expedia put in the choices

There were people staying at the hotel who made me feel uncomfortable. Since I was with my husband I was willing to stay, but I would not recommend this place for a woman traveling alone. I got the feeling the hotel was renting rooms on a monthly basis and one guy had his belongings strewn all over the walkway. Even though the website said breakfast was included, the person at the front desk said that they were no longer doing breakfast. On the plus side, the room was nice and big, the flooring and bathroom counters looked really good.

Accueil très sympathique. Hotel en bon état globalement, grande chambre avec 2 lits était propre et muni d’un frigo, ce qui est très pratique. Situé proche d’un petit supermarché et d’un restaurant où on peut se rendre a pied (10 mn). Il y a un peu de bruit de circulation tout de même, mais c’est supportable. Je conseille.

We found a crack pipe in a dresser drawer! Dirty & unkept! Most rooms are rented to people who live there. Drug infested hotel. My husband and I even witnessed a drug deal going down in the parking lot.

Bad experience
Didn’t even end up staying there. The pictures on the site are not updated. The first room they gave us looked like someone just got up and left. Bed wasn’t made and looked as if someone had just been laying in it. The second room had a big drywall patch on the wall. Overall the other guest seemed very seedy and we didn’t feel comfortable leaving our stuff in the room while we were gone let alone sleeping there.

If I could post negative stars I would. Asked for a late check in (check in was 4pm, asked for 7pm as we were running late) front desk said no problem. Get to hotel and checked in, got keys and went to room. Problem was, our room was already occupied! We opened the door on a couple that were clearly tweakers and in the middle of shooting up. Needless to say we closed the door and came back to front desk. Their solution was to give us a new room. When we explained we didn't feel comfortable even staying there anymore because what if we were sleeping and someone else had a key to our room, the young girl behind the front desk said "accidents happen". Don't waste your time at this cockroach of a place.
