Convenience at its best. Check in was a breeze, all the staff was kind and helpful. They were all very accommodating, especially Maggie at the front desk, her help literally made our trip! Loved the decor and already planning to go back!

ホテルとカリフォルニアアドベンチャーパーク直結で便利でした。 ホテルのベーカリーショップは早朝から空いていてアーリーエントランスの待ち時間に利用。 チェックインアウトはカウンターのみでしたがスタッフが手際よくさほど混雑することもありませんでした。

If they had a few more food shops on site it would have made a big difference but otherwise it was great

This is the best of the three Disney properties. By far the customer services and the offerings at the Grand Californian are the best.

Difficult to get dining reservations. Room did not get made up until late in the day (after 4:00) and when it was made up the coffee etc. was not replenished. We had 3 adults booked but the room was replenished ( after asking) for 2 people.

Great Disney hotel; not the Ritz but lovely overal
Lovely hotel, but you are certainly paying for the location and Disney name. Restaurants (each one) on property are all wonderful, pool is great. Proximity to both parks can't be beat. However, you are paying premium prices for some average services...the towels were all very stiff and scratchy, and the rainfall shower head continuously dripped cold water on you while you were in the shower despite not being in use. Stupid stuff, but for the prices you pay, this should not be happening.

Best hotel on Disneyland/GC campus. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Food is always awesome. Easy walk to both parks.

The hotel is nice but not worth it for the price. There is nothing special or grand about this hotel to cost that much money for staying. I’m very disappointed. It was our family’s first time staying here but will never come back. I felt like I just threw away some money for nothing. Disney Hotel is way better for the price.

Priceless experience!
Stayed for my birthday.. wanted the most of our stay so we came to the hotel early- around 10 am.. they checked me in and I was told they were going to text me when my room was ready, which they did at 1 PM. We were able to go in the pool, the Jacuzzi, and have lunch in their lounge. The service is always impeccable at Disneyland went to the park that evening, and the next morning with early access . Yes it’s pricey but the experience was priceless!

It was a nightmare checking in. The hotel policy wasn’t clear through booking on Expedia. All guests names need to be included and I wasn’t aware. It took us over an hour to get it sorted when I wasn’t able to check in because I was sick, and my husband needed to. I called the hotel and was hung up on and transferred mindlessly to a closed department.

Disney's Not So Grand Hotel
Beautiful hotel and superbly decorated for the holidays. Unfortunately they never contacted me while I was at Disneyland to let me know my room was ready. Housekeeping woke us up at 8:00 am on check out day with the extra towels I requested the night before. Shower water pressure was low and you also can hear people in the hallways inside the room. On a positive note the management and front desk staff especially LINDA were helpful and wonderful. Also The Storyteller Cafe character brunch was great but pricey!

Solid B hotel
Hotel is okay. Bit outdated. You’re paying for proximity. Nothing about the room is very Disney, but your on the property with an entrance to adventure side and another entrance to downtown Disney. You do have access to room service which is a plus from Disneyland hotel where they don’t. I was in 4419, which is on downtown Disney side. Loud but the sliding door blocks all noise pretty much. Blackout drapes. Can see fireworks at Disney every night.

Happiest Birthday on Earth! What a great way to celebrate my birthday - an overnight stay at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel with my daughter and 3 year-old grandson! From the moment we checked in the experience was magical. The receptionist gave me my Happy Birthday button which meant every staff member greeted me with birthday wishes and a smile. My daughter had ordered a special welcome basket for the room, and it was absolutely fabulous. Of course, spending two days at Disneyland and California Adventure with my grandson was a never-to-forget experience. Thank you Disneyland Grand Californian for a very special experience.
