I knew it was not going to be a great stay as soon as we were unloading our items from the car and the “valet” didn’t look at us once. Then we check in and while there were 3 girls at the front desk, they all seemed to be too busy to say hello and ask to help us. We were booked into the room directly in front of elevator doors and we were woken up all night. Why would you place guests there unless all other rooms are booked. Staff continued their bad attitude at breakfast with the cook not returning my hello or good morning before asking what I wanted. Will not stay there again.

People were nice . Items in the property seemed run down , our room phone didn’t work and we had to call someone and they brought another older looking phone and replaced it . The carpet in the room had lots of brown / rust colored stains , in both rooms . The Disneyland view room was worth the extra $30. We could see the fireworks from the room .

Super easy and quick check in/ check out. Clean rooms used the laundry room on the 6th floor very easy and clean. Breakfast was a plus

Was good for the most part. Body lotion and shampoo were both empty in our room. Had to go down and get new ones. The indoor pool is nothing to get too excited over. Food was average. We didnt like that breakfast on the weekends was not until 730. When we needed to leave at 720 to head to disneyland parks. Other then those small points it was fine.

Great price for all the extra amenities. The breakfast is putstanding. The staff that was cleaning during the breakfast wasn’t so nice, but it was one of the best places I have stayed at in Anaheim. The price is worth it. Rooms were clean and I love the inside store, it makes it convenient.

Nice, clean, and spacious rooms. Breakfast ends really early at 9am. Hotel is very serious about their check out time at 11am and no wiggle room. 30 min late is a $50 fee and additional fees after 12pm

We really enjoyed staying here with our kids. The breakfast was unique in the way they have a place you can ask for omelets and your choice of eggs. Complemntary 2 drinks during happy hour from 5 to 6:30 bar tender was great. Friendly staff.

Don’t get a room by the elevator or the freeway. All night the elevator was going, making it very hard to sleep and then when that finally calmed down in the middle of the night you could hear the traffic from the 5, it made it really hard to sleep. But the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.
