집같은 호텔
호텍같지 않고 집같은 분위기가 아주 좋았습니다. 룸도 깨끗하고, 전망은 최고였었습니다. 다만, 추가 침구류가 부족한것이 아쉬웠네요. 다음번에도 또 이용하고 싶습니다

위치가 좋고 아늑한 호텔
거실과 주방까지 있어 아늑하고 편리했음. 위치가 아주 좋아 디즈니월드까지 차타고 10분거리. 아울렛도 가까움. 전망이 정말 끝내줌. 건조기에 먼지가 잔뜩있는게 좀 아쉬웠음.

We are pleased your well-appointed unit was spacious and accommodating and the location of the resort to nearby attractions and theme parks made for a great trip to Orlando. I am sorry the dryer was noisy and do hope that when you reported it we were able to fix the problem. 좀 낡긴 하였지만 전망이 매우 훌륭하고, 디즈니,유니버설,씨월드 접근성 좋음. 수압이 낮아서 샤워, 목욕할 때 약간 불편했다. 세탁기, 건조기, 각종 주방용품이 구비되어 있어 장기 가족 여행시 편리함. 하수가 욕조로 역류하였지만 곧 고쳐줌. 건물이 전체적으로 노후한듯.

매우 만족!!
디즈니월드 여행가면서 이용했는데 정말 만족스러웠습니다. 집같이 편안한 분위기였고, 모든게 갖춰진 주방과 세탁기건조기까지 있어 오랜시간 머물기에 편했습니다. 수영장도 괜찮고요^^ 저는 21층, 4층 두번 묵었는데 고층이 더 좋았던듯 합니다.

가격대비 정말 훌륭한 숙박지였습니다. 객실도 넓고 편안하고 저희는 21층이라 전망도 정말 좋고, 밤마다 매직킹덤의 불꽃놀이를 볼수있어 좋았습니다. 룸서비스는 별도비용이 필요하나, 오히려 편한점도 있었습니다^^ 위치도 주차도 그렇고. . 전반적으로 대만족이었습니다.

We have stayed at the Blue Heron every year for our Disney trips for the last 5 years. We love the location and area. They always provide shuttles to the parks; however, upon arriving this time, they said they no longer had a shuttle as of 1 month ago. Just know that although it says they have a shuttle, they currently do not so plan accordingly. Otherwise, we love Blue Heron and their awesome pools/hot tub/tiki bar/location. :-)

We like the property for what it has to offer..We enjoy being near the lake and the walkway and opportunity to sit out there and enjoy it.We enjoy the balconies that come with the rental.Also nice to sit out and enjoy the views.The outside property well maintained.Great large and small pools and plenty area to sit out..Also outside bar if interested.The inside is comfortable.Bit dated but have no problem with it. you can bring family there for reasonable price..Near many restaurants and stores and maybe 10 min to Disney Springs.Thats a plus.So close to Disney.We enjoy staying there.Look forward to next visit.

The hotel was nice, However the unit we stayed in needed some attention. The bedroom carpet was dirty. There was a mystery wet spot on carpet that did not dry up for the 2 days we were there. Floors were so dirty that our feet turned brown when walking bare foot.There was long hairs left in the toilet and tub. There was mold on the bottom of the curtains in living room. There was a mystery brown spot on the master bedroom toilet near handle. The TV in bedroom is very small. Security chain on exit door is falling off. We did not sleep well because the master bathroom toilet flapper was not sealing property which caused the toilet to run water about every 20 minutes.

It was a unique experience. I wasn't sure what I was going to get or how it would work since it wasn't your standard hotel room, so that was a cause for some anxiety, but that was mostly on me. I was very happy with what we got for the cost. It was as advertised and there were no surprises (which I am very grateful for). I would recommend this place to a friend or book it again if I could guarantee I'd get the room we were assigned.

The furniture in the unit was pretty shabby. The layout was great with two full baths, a kitchen, living and dining area. Streaming services on the tv would have been nice. The apartment could use a coat of paint, especially baseboards and door frames.

The property itself was nice, clean, and quiet, but when it comes to requesting extra toiletries it took them two days because they stated that they were short staffed.

We waited for our room from 1030am -345 until we had to call and ask what is going . They never communicated we us . They are not at the property, they work from another property.

Great condo
Very nice condo. Furniture is dated but comfy. We loved the location, close to many restaurants, stores and Disney. The view of the lake is breathtaking!
