The place is very clean. Very roomy. Staff was very friendly. Nice pool are. Need a change machine in the laundry room.

When we first arrived ( after a very long ride from AL), we could not get a key!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was after hours, but there should have been some notification for us prior to our late arrival. Fortunately, after many many phone calls and leaving multiple messages, it occurred to me to ask a neighbor. Thankfully he used his code and retrieved our key. The next day when we complained to the manager, they said vrbo had not given them our contact information. ALSO - nothing was said about our unit being on 2nd floor !!!!! At 83 years old I do not do steps very well.

Layout of room nice and practical. On the downside, it was old with lumpy beds, no curtains and old flooring. Make sure you arrive before the office closes or phone ahead to get the code for your room key or else you will be locked out. only staffed for 10 hours / day.

They do not give you information to check in when we arrived it was closed and the first night we spent at another hotel

Stayless
When we showed up, the office was closed and left me and my 4 kids (including an infant) without a place to stay. I got hung up on and no one was able to help as there is no after hour phone number. There was a door for the after hour check in but hotels.com or the number provided could help me. We had to end up looking for a place to stay and pay a whole new stay at new hotel as no one was able to help us out. We even called Hotels.com and they refused to help us.

sleeper sofa mattress looked like some one was murdered in it, the sheets for the bed were old and need to be thrown away. the quilt even had a burn mark on the inside. the property needs to be power-washed from top to bottom. the office had a very weird smell to it. the amenities were very disappointing. game room, basketball court, pool. this place needs a lot of help and looks nothing like the picture listed to the left. please research carefully before staying here as stated the picture for this property is NOT accurate AT ALL. needless to say we won't be visiting this place again.

Don’t try to check in after 5pm
According to the check in instruction there are available from 4 to midnight!! WRONG if you are not going to be in their office before 5 you better call for a code to be able to retrieve your key!

Mediocre management
There were both huge ants and sugar ants all in my unit thankfully my son wasn’t bit told management they didn’t care. Had to throw out much of our food we hadn’t opened and was going to take home because sugar ants got in them. There’s no elevator meaning if your special needs and need a ground floor unit and they don’t make that happen you’re screwed like I was with my son. The shower in the main bathroom and around the tub in the bedroom was gross and mildew. The bed and pillows were awful. No spare linens anywhere in the unit which we needed and was after hours for the office. Very difficult to find unit based off map.

The only problem I had was that the furniture was old especially the mattress on the bed and pull out ,which made it difficult to sleep . So I had cat naps which made me more tired through the day , otherwise it was okay . Plus the furniture was dated

My family really liked this place. I would recommend people to pay attention to the check in directions if you are arriving after the office is closed. Me and my family are definitely coming back to this villa.

Lots of space
We enjoyed having all the space to move around and a full kitchen. It was nice and quiet and the pool is super warm. The king bed was extremely soft, not for those who sleep in concrete firm mattresses at home. A little dirty but no bugs. Overall a nice stay.

Cleanliness goes a long way
I thought the staff was excellent when I arrived, Check-In time was at 4 but I arrived at 11:00am and was able to get the keys early. After that, that’s when the unsatisfactory begins. When I opened the door I immediately saw stains on the walls, carpet, and the sliding door curtains. I told myself no big deal knowing that it’s a rental and other people utilize the place also. So I went to lay down for a bit, pulled the covers on the bed back and chips was on the sheets. Also stains were on the sheets so now I believe that the linen was never changed. After that I couldn’t get a good nights sleep knowing the linen was possibly dirty. The furniture was outdated. I had to go buy batteries for the one television remote that you had to share for all 3 televisions in the so called villa. You only get 1 towel and rag per person. They expect you to empty the trash cans at the end of your stay also. Now the positive, the location was excellent. It was close to many attractions including Disney. The kids loved the pool and I didn’t see any bugs in the room. That’s about all the positives I have. I guess I can’t complain too much considering the price I paid for the room. If I could, I would pay an extra 50 more than what I paid and stay at Magical Memory Villas. That’s where my relatives booked and it was nice and in the same location.

Location is perfect. The condo could use some updating. The master bed box spring was broken, which made for an uncomfortable sleep. The master shower hot water heater could not keep up with one shower. The few issues were discussed at check out. My one main compliant would be their short office hours for someone to call and mention things wrong.

No after-hour check-in process. Arrived the night of 11/21/2018 and lost two days of lodging because I could not contact anybody from this facility to give me my keys until the day after Thanksgiving. They do not assume responsibility saying that Orbitz is responsible for the refund.

This was the cleanest condo that I have ever rented! The front desk personnel we're friendly and accommodating. I do not like the fact that you cannot bring pets. Especially since right across the parking lot is another condo complex where pets are allowed.

Muita falta de informação ou comunicação
Gostei da estadia, porém quero registrar a falta de informação a respeito do check in desse local. Não sei a quem cabe a responsabilidade, se do Hoteis.com ou do Villas Vocation sobre um código que deveria ter recebido para retirar as chaves, já que cheguei após as 17:00 hs. O sistema seria ótimo se não fosse essa falta de comunicação. Passei horas tentando resolver a situação, só conseguindo após ajuda de um outro hóspede que vou nosso sufoco e nos ajudou, em conversas telefônicas a resolver o impasse. Fiquei indignado com essa situação, cabendo ao Hoteis.com me responder o porque de não haver recebido essa chave ou código para ter acesso as chaves e consequentemente ao local locado. Em outros aspectos não tenho o que discutir, já que a atenção do pessoal da recepção foi muito boa, aliás nem eles souberam informar porque não recebi o contato para ter o acesso as chaves.

Horrible service, FILTHY rooms.
This place was a DUMP! We booked it on a last minute trip to Disney but I will never stay there again. We arrived after the office was closed, (even though the website said it was open until midnight). We were never provided a code to obtain our keys and when we tried to call the afterhours number, we were told that hotels.com was responsible for giving us a code, which they never did. We ended up having to find another hotel that night because no one was available to give access to the room. After we finally got checked in the following day, the inside of the place was awful!! The flooring in the bathrooms were filthy, with pubic hair all over the floor. The beds, sheets and the couch were also covered in hair. The shower was dirty. It was probably the nastiest place I’ve ever stayed and had we been able to find another room for the remainder of our trip, we would have. There happened to be a cheer competition in town the same weekend and all hotels were booked.

Not what I thought
First night we arrived, i saw a roach on top of the kitchen counter. The WiFi service was horrible and the master shower was inside the bedroom divided by just a curtain. It was a weird layout.

Little over a mile to Old Town...primary reason for our weekend trip. I had been looking at hotels but wanted more comfort. FVV was a perfect choice for us.
