This was a very refreshing hotel stay after having been in some not so pleasant hotels in the past. I will be back!

The hotel was fantastic! The staff were friendly and attentive, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it to others.

I enjoyed the proximity to my destination, the clean and comfortable rooms as well as amenities such as breakfast and pool. Staff was friendly and helpful, and they kept a busy breakfast area clean and well stocked. A great stay.

The room was fine. It was even bigger than we usually get at a hotel. They served a full breakfast including waffles, omelets, breakfast meat, cereal, juice, bagels, bread, sweet rolls, yogurt, etc. We were happy with that.

Everything was great, except for a couple of smokers lounging at the pool. This property is nonsmoking so I would expect the pool to be a nonsmoking area too. However, there were no signs indicating this. Unfortunately we were unable to enjoy the pool because we have a child with asthma.

Dining area for breakfast very small for size of hotel. No potatoes at breakfast which is what gluten free customers look for eggs alone aren't filling.

Zimmer sind sauber und modern. Perfekt für einen Parkbesuch, da die Parks keine 5 Minuten entfernt sind. Pool kann man vergessen, Frühstück ist ok. Preis Leistung ist gut.

It was within 10 minutes of universal, the staff were very friendly, the free breakfast was very good .as was all the Hampton inns we stayed at in Florida

Breakfast was great, service and staff were wonderful, my only complaint is that our room had a musty odor in it, seemed like the previous person who occupied our room had a dog. Other than that, we were very pleased.

Everyone from the front desk to maintenance to breakfast staff were kind, caring and truly treated us like family. When we come back to Orlando, we will stay in this hotel. The best Hampton Inn we have ever stayed. Thank you for your hospitality. Plus its conveniently located so close to universal that we could've walked if we wanted to. The free shuttle made it perfect for our trip. There is also plenty of shopping, restaurants, etc. Very close to the hotel.

la propiedad muy bien ubicada, gente muy amable. recomiendo verificar o cambiar los filtros de los aires acondicionados. creo que debido a la alta ocupación las toallas y. sabanas no las secan completo en la lavandería y mantienen olor a HUMEDAD.

We enjoyed the free breakfast and the bed was very comfortable. Only about a mile from Universal and Islands of Adventure so it’s very convenient. Only real negative aspect is that the doors to the rooms are VERY loud and the walls are paper thin so it was very difficult to fall asleep at night.
