호텔은 깔끔하지만 직원들은 불친절
디즈니랜드 조기입장이 가능하고 디즈니스프링스를 걸어갈수 있다는 장점이 있습니다. 셔틀버스 시간도 다양해서 편리합니다. 손님들에게 서비스로 물 2병을 줍니다. 오래된 호텔이지만 깔끔합니다. 아쉬운점은 호텔 직원들이 불친절합니다. 호텔을 처음 들어갔을때 아무도 인사해주지 않고 짐을 맡기려고할때 모든 직원들이 우리를 귀찮아 했던 것을 아직도 기억합니다. 직원들은 전부 지쳐보였고 영어를 못하는 손님들을 무시하는 태도를 보였습니다. 체크인할때 보증금을 냈음에도 새벽에 추가로 더 돈을 냈습니다. 체크아웃 할 때 호텔측에 이유를 물어봤지만 호텔 직원도 왜 돈이 추가로 지불되었는지 몰랐습니다. 다시는 이 호텔에 가고 싶지 않습니다. 특히 턱수염이 있고 안경낀 로비 직원을 잊지 못합니다.

We left at 11 AM on Sunday, same time as dozens of other people. There was only one person operating the valet desk. We asked the checkout desk if somebody could come help, they said it was a third party company and they couldn’t come out and help. It took us 45 minutes to get our car. It’s too bad that a great experience was hampered on exit. We did enjoy the property, the location, and the cleanliness of the room. We would stay there again, we would just self park.

My stay at the Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista - Disney Springs Area Resort was absolutely delightful. The resort's cleanliness was impeccable, and its proximity to Disney Springs made exploring the area a breeze - just a short walk across the pedestrian bridge! Once I parked my car, I didn't need it again until check out, thanks to the convenient location. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, adding to the overall warm atmosphere of the resort. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a fantastic getaway with top-notch service and convenience.

The room was old and musty. I asked for an upgrade still same issue dirty musty!!!!! Never staying there again . The staff by the pool was great. The concierge was awful waited for over an hour for assistance. Not a happy guest.

Our family enjoyed our trip. This location is very convenient. You have good options in the hotel but can easily walk over to Disney Springs for anything you need. Our room was clean and comfortable. Will be back again! Thank you

Property is clean but dated. It's a fairly large hotel but the only full service restaurant is a Benihana's, and it's a really poor Benihana's.

We had a very easy check-in and check-out and the staff were friendly and helpful. Facilities were nice and clean, location was quite convenient to visit Disney Springs.

Very close to Disney springs and there’s a free shuttle to Disney parks, which was very convenient and really helpful. The hotel looks amazing with a fabulous lobby but our room was really old and disappointing once we got in. We didn’t spend much time there, so no big deal but it had the absolute minimum and no microwave. They kept forgetting something every day - blanket or coffee, so we kept having to ask for stuff. Pools are big and towels are provided, we didn’t need much more than that. We had a good stay but expected a bit extra from a fancy Hilton.

The staff was all very courteous and helpful. We loved having the market downstairs for purchasing breakfast and lunch. The pool area is very nice.

After checking in upon entering the room, hair was found on the toilet seat and a few hairs in the bathtub. The next morning after house keeping came in, the hairs found in the bathtub were in the same position meaning tub was not cleaned. Also room temperature was warm although thermostat marked at 68 degrees. On a positive note, great water temperature and pressure in the shower

The Hotel met all my needs and was close to my Gartner conference. The transportation to my Gartner conference was very convenient. Overall a great experience at this hotel.

The bartenders were great & the staff all very friendly. Comfy beds, easy check-in, easy access to Disney Springs and all Disney amenities. Would definitely stay here again for a full Disney vacation
