Loved this place. Pool near natural water and sand were great for kids. Bicycles and golf gears need to be upgraded. Restaurant was great and has reasonable price.(less pricey than that of Disney sprins.) Remember, laundry room and restroom near the pool are in the cave under the rocks. (Was hard to find) Overall, though, satisfied and wanna go back again.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were extremely friendly and the morning breakfast buffet was a grwat way to start the day. Excellent food and the staff were amazingly friendly and always greeted with a smile. Decilla, our waitress for 3 of our mornings was such a joy to start off our days. Happy, friendly l, and very accommodating. The pool area was also great and in whole the properly was beautiful with lots of walking trails.

Great location with nice pool area including a water slide and other features for kids, boats available on the lake, sports and spa offers. We liked the different restaurants and shops. Central to all parks and shopping mall.

Overall our stay was very good., I was very disappointed with the 2 jacuzzies you have on property. The motors that blow the air into the pools did not work at all. The water was hot but that is it. Overall I would stay there again, my grandchildren had a blast

My stay at the property was going well until my last night. I was asleep when I was woken up at around 1:30AM as I felt a poke. After searching for what had punctured me, we found a sewing needle in the bed underneath the sheets that had poked through. The staff was not necessarily attentive and I’m currently still waiting for answers as to how this could have occurred.

no convenience at all！ the room cleaning is really bad! The There is a “shuttle bus” but due to the awful scheduling, it might as well not exist at all. We had to wait until 11 at night in the freezing cold due to scheduling errors! I live there for 4 days, the room smell like a toilet that hadn’t been clean for weeks. In a busy morning you have to wait at least half an hour for the elevator and if you do get one, you’ll be crammed like sardines. I can’t believe it’s a four star hotel. There are easily better ones out there.

Such amazing staff, beautiful property with so much to do, huge pool and free transportation to certain Disney parks! The restaurant four flamingos was outstanding and the drinks and food by the pool were fantastic not your average poolside service.

I arrived extremely early(8:30am) and check in is at 4:00pm. Without hesitation the young man who was assisting me, checked to see if there were any rooms available and within an hour, I was able to access my room. Kudos and thank you so much for attentiveness.
