We stayed here because it’s close to ESPN Wide World of Sports. So very convenient to there. The property is dated but clean and safe. We walked around the area and felt very secure. The Publixx nearby was great; the Waffle House nearby was even better! 😋 Most of the Disney amenities are very close so short Uber rides were appreciated.

Vacation Village is showing some age, but it is still a great resort as far as location, unit size and layout. Could use some updating.

We had a great 4 day stay. I was pleasantly surprised by the layout of the suite and I was able to have the kids on one side while I enjoyed peace and quiet on my side. The rooms were a bit dated but comfortable. Lots of shopping, dining and entertainment close by. Will absolutely come back.

Carpets smells really bad. Disnt like that they dont allow any kind of play in the pool, kids have to be bored on their vacatiosn because of it

Our stay was really nice, room seems older, but clean. The bed wasn’t very comfortable, but there was a washer/dryer and the kitchen was quipped with bare minimum, pool area was very nice, but lot of debris from the palm trees floating. Plenty places to walk on the resort. Walking distance to eat and shop too. Enjoyed our stay

Parking was the worst. Always had to park far and too bad the building doesnt have multiple entrances.

Property was huge and alot of activities to chose from. Basketball, horseshoes, swimming, grilling, you name it its there. Also best place to stay to get in and out of OLD TOWN!

Property was nice, they had to switch us out of our first room as the AC was not working. The second room was a bit musty smelling. After the AC was running for a while things seemed a bit better (had the balcony open as well for a bit). Over all though for the price, it was a pretty good spot to stay.

Beautiful property, especially enjoyed the nature areas that have been preserved. Was somewhat disappointed that the Nature Walk at Building 3 has been shortened, it used to go right up to the main road.

I couldn’t get over how clean everything was. Also, the customer service was outstanding. Our air conditioning wasn’t working and I entered an issue request at 9PM. Within a 1/2 hour someone was there to fix the issue! Highly recommend!

Perfectly located near Disney and Universal. Plenty of dining options and shops within minutes. The only reason I did not give a 5 star are the beds. They are very squeaky and uncomfortable. After walking all day at the parks it was a bummer to rest in those beds.

Pictures don’t do this resort justice. We were skeptical at first to book but once we arrived the resort is much better in person. Suites were a great size lots of amenities close by for the family to do. Will definitely go back again

This was a much more affordable option for us for our Disney trip than staying at a Disney resort. Our room was a bit dated, but we were only there to sleep. I like the half kitchen in the room. It was comfortable and quiet. The “nature walk” was only a very small board walk to a gazebo, wish it was bigger. I wish the shuttle to the Disney parks ran at more convenient times - this was the main reason we booked this place to stay. It either went an hour before the parks open, or hours after they already opened. Also wish the return shuttle didn’t make you have to miss the fireworks in order to get a ride. We opted for expensive Ubers instead, which is what we were really hoping not to have to do, but didn’t want to miss out on our Disney experiences because of the odd shuttle times. Other than that, staff was very friendly and helpful.

Value was great but we were off season. Buildings are run down. Inside the rooms was nicer. Luckily parking lots had security going around in carts otherwise sketchy. Very close to Disney, a bit far from Universal. Would stay here again for the same price.

The bed was worn out and made all kinds of noises just laying on it! Sitting on the couch in the living sounded like we were going to fall inside of it. The tile grout was so dirty it used to be tan and looked black because of the dirt! The toilet was about a foot off the ground I’ve never seen a shorter toilet. Makes it very difficult and uncomfortable to get up. For the price you would think better furnishings.
