The customer service was the best part about staying at the El. The Wi-Fi wasn’t working in our first room. The front desk sent a tech to try and fix it, but no luck. They graciously offered a new room. They even waived the resort fee. The new room was even better than the first one. The first room was by the Acacia pool felt dated. Plus we couldn’t use the pool with our kids since it was adults only, and we were a far walk from the main pool. But the new room was right by the main pool, had a pool view, and it was more modern.
We will definitely stay here again!
